I have decided to repost my AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY!!! DO YOURSELF a favor AND RUN!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

however I find it sad that the salesman FRANK who sold me my vehicle is terrible at his job.. & creepy too not only did he treat me like as if “sorry ur on your own” kinda of attitude that comment of “it’s not covered under warranty” when I returned within 2 month of purchasing my vehicle to address him with sensor issues (which btw the issue continues) -his response was completely unprofessional “thats is not covered by warranty” yes I understand that certain things aren’t covered, yet HIS VERBAL approach Should have been DELIVERED differently he should take a training course in customer service cause his approach NEEDS A lot of WORK!!! so basically he was saying you bought it you’re stuck with it!!! With that kind of response… This was prior to purchasing extended warranty!! However, he (FRANK) was bitter about my first post for the review that he was actually looking at me through the window as if like he had so much animosity towards me while I was there having the warranty department fixing an issue w/the vehicle, this creepy Salesman took pictures of me while I was outside talking to the gentleman that was helping me, from the inside of the the office to the point that to my 11-year-old daughter saw him & it scared her !!!! Oh btw The sensors for the tires are crisscrossed they read the opposite tire

Then Sebastian (which I have no idea who this clown is!) who only speaks Spanish who addressed me in the worst manner over the phone. With nothing but insults, I find It unfortunate that some people will never understand what great customer service is.

FRANK and SABASTIAN lack the ability to provide superior Customer Service!

Sebastian had the audacity to call me and harass me about the original review that I posted on Google. Sadly he doesn’t even try to speak our countries native language so he curses me out in Spanish as he’s trying to make me feel bad simply because no one (except for the warranty & finance dept) did their job correctly to begin with!!! So perhaps you may want to think twice before purchasing a vehicle at this location!!!

If I get harassed one more time I will involve my attorneys!

If I could put 0 stars I would 😮‍💨 the company is VERY unprofessional. I bought my car here in March didn’t even leave the car with the car they had my car for 2 weeks and I STILL HAD TO PAY even with not having the car in my possession. I asked them if they could check the whole car and fix any problems if they can tell where the problem came from. They game my car back and it worked fine for 2/3 weeks and then the problems starts back. The engine was giving problems, I had to purchase a new battery due to the one they put in the car being swollen and my car would turn off while driving thinking that will fix the problem but it did not and they wanted me to drive that car to their location why it was like that mind you I stay in Fort Myers Fl, which is 2 hours away. They booked me an appointment to fix my car and stated that they would come get my car and they will wave the towing fee but they NEVER came and got my car.but wanted me to continue making payments on this vehicle. Because that was the only car I had at the time I needed to get to and from work plus I DoorDash so I needed my car. I set up another appointment to get my car fix once my engine was ticking and the same thing again no one came and got it but I continued to make payments on a car that was having MANY DEFECTS. I stopped paying property in July and spoke with someone and asked if can make payments towards the car until it get fixed and the person stated I can. I informed the person on the phone at the time the payments will be every 2 weeks instead of a week they stated they was fine….. They then came and took my car even after speaking with someone again about the payments and agreeing to allow the 2 week payments and it was during the hurricane time. I had to pay to get my belongings out of a car due to them towing it after we had a conversation about helping me. -1000/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. Also at the time when the review was a 5 star the dealership asked if I can leave that score I would have NEVER rate it a 5 if I would have known they would give you all these problems. Mind you their still charging me for a car that I don’t even have no more crazy work but yea DO NOT get a car from her save your money...

I see why they have bad reviews these people are very unprofessional they sold me a car with a none working key they knew the key didn’t work and still gave me the key 🙄 when I called them to let them know they gave me the runaround to speak with Breanna (Tony is very disrespectful he hung up on me) when I finally got on the phone with Breanna she acted very clueless she knew what was going on but I still explained my experience with the fake key that they gave me she said I should have waited to speak with them (mind you I brought the car Saturday and they are closed on Sundays ) to use their locksmith the same locksmith who gave them that cheap keyfob I ended up paying $456.00 for locksmith to open the door and to make me a brand new key when I told her about it she said that they won’t give me any money back for me having to fix their issue y’all should’ve checked the key before giving me that car key oh and the door was unlocked already and it started the car so I didn’t think I needed to check the key I’ve never had a bad key experience with any dealership Make sure y’all check your key before leaving this place I’m going to post about this place on every social media platform y’all really tried the right one and the only reason i haven't disputed the charge the car and that fake key isn’t infront of the dealership is because I don’t feel like driving to Hialeah and catching a Uber back home I will take that $456.00 lost but trust me y’all will lose way more watch .
