I've been with this grooming service for some years now and dealing with some issues on their behalf today has been one of the days where I've had it with the unprofessionalism today. I called early in the morning to see availability and to see if they could travel to where I was which was (DaniaBeach) They let me know that it wasn't possible so I went with another option where I could come down to Miami and had them groomed, she reassured me that was a better option so we went from there. I drove down to Miami and arrived at 9:15 AM for my 10AM appointment, I then received a call by 9:35 AM stating that she would have to move the appointment to 11AM without disclosing why she pushed the time back. I waited for 2 hrs and received no call back around this time it was 11:20 so I was getting a little anxious about why no one called me to update me on anything about a late show, so I called them and they let me know they had no idea that I haven't received a call back to let me know anything since they pushed my time back. This has happened time after time, with no accommodation, then when they do come there is no accommodation, no apologies, nothing. When they service the dogs it's fast and not in a proper manner time to the rally clean and take their time with the dogs. I began to cancel my appointment because I was so frustrated with the bad customer service once again. They asked me if I wanted to keep my appointment or go ahead with the cancellation with a nonchalant attitude. This company just wants money and they don't take into consideration the owner's time or accommodation with anything but overcharge for services that don't even do a good job with. The aggression they have when cleaning the dogs, I can sense it in my dog's behavior when coming from the truck. Please save your money and time elsewhere. Please don't have your fur babies suffer because it looks like a convenient service it isn't after all....

I would not recommend taking any dog here. Alejandro has an attitude and doesnât know how to treat animals. The âmanagerâ Monica, obviously has never been a manager before because sheâs EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. She should be fired along with Alejandro. These people do not care about your animals. There are countless numbers of people who have had a terrible experience here. The good reviews must be people who work here or friends of people who work here. Unless you want your dog all cut up or traumatized, DONT take them here! They cut my dog and didnât not even tell me tell me that they cut him. They just gave me my dog and Im the one who noticed he was bleeding on both ears, and his face. Not to mention they also burned my dogs ears. I decided to post my experience on Instagram and it got over 100 reposts! Instead of owning up to their actions, they copied and pasted an untrue message to everyone who reposted it. The message said that it was our fault because we did not take care of my dog properly. Which is not true. My family loves our dog more than anything. We are a good, loving family. My mom loves my dog more than she loves me, her daughter, lol. He gets more hugs and kisses than I do. They did not even apologize for hurting and traumatizing my dog. Not once did they even ask if he was okay. These people do not care about your babies. I do not know how this place even has good reviews. Completely awful. Long story short I had an appointment set for a Friday at 5:00 pm they then call me at 3:30 pm to tell me theyâre caught up and not gonna make it, they then reschedule me for Saturday at 2 pm, Saturday I got caught up at work and I had to cancel and ask them to move it so they then schedule me Monday between 1-2 pm ( I had to leave work early just to make the appointment) for a appointment that involves a shave and shower for my husky. That Monday I get a call from them at 11:30 telling me that the worker injured his hand and he can only do a wash and not a shave (which makes no sense how can you wash a dog and not shave a dog if youâre hand is hurt). So Not only did they cancels on me twice but they waited till less Than 2 hours before my appointment to let me know wasting my time and money. I then had them reschedule me for a Wednesday and asked and pleaded that I deserved some type of discount or accommodation for the 2 cancellations to my previous appointments, I spoke with the assistant manager and she said the manager said thereâs nothing they can do cuz I cancelled once. I argued with them stating the only reason I cancelled the 2nd appointment in the first place is because they cancelled the first appointment, THEY THEN BASICALLY CANCELLED THE 3rd appointment but waiting to tell me that the groomer canât even shave the dog.
