Hilman UT. is different so that's really not part of my overall rating/review so I'll be sticking to rooms, service, food, venue. The winery/resort is nice. Has a rustic charm and decor and is clean and well kept and the staff is friendly. Another note, I did not do any wine tasting but had a beer and a cocktail which were good. I stayed in a bungalow and it was ok. Plenty big for myself, didn't feel clean and was certainly worn. Bed was hard and no closet or other place to hang clothes. I was part of a larger group and dinner was just not impressive. There was an appetizer that I tasted, just didn't look appetizing to me, meh. Dinner came out 2 plates at a time with what seemed like 5 minutes in-between, I was really kinda shocked. My choices were limited because they were running out of things so I opted for a fish & chips and I'm sorry I did. 2 small squares of over fried fish and some fries which were actually good but I wasn't going to eat just FF for dinner. There did pass out some desserts and I tasted the creme', it was over cooked and lacked any real depth of flavor. The bread pudding was heavy, not to my liking. I would go back but not for the food and not in a...

We loved our stay here! We were in #3 and it was beautifully decorated and clean. They have air conditioning which was so nice to come back to after a long day of hiking (we did Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon North rim). Loved the outdoor patio where you can drink wine and look up at the stars. The view of the mountain, located behind the resort, is just breathtaking and never got old. We're from LA, and we forgot what quiet sounds like, until we came here. It's incredibly peaceful. If you need any recs on where to go for food in the area, we highly recommend Edge of the World Brewery, Berry Knoll pizza, Essential Coffee and Bee's marketplace. All were amazing and everyone was incredibly friendly. We also stumbled upon a beautiful park, called Maxwell park. It was just stunning when we went in the evening time and watch the sun hitting the mountain. Can't wait to...

We had an amazing stay! The studios are very new - impeccably clean - and very well designed. Bed really comfortable, AC excellent. Our studio had a little grill fire thing outside - I'm not sure what it's called but it was so nice because we were able to grill food on it (and we are not grillers but even we could figure it out it was really easy) and also it served as a little fire to stay warm. The grocery store nearby had all we needed. The Water Canyon hike that is nearby -- wow. I actually like it better than Zion National Park because it has very few people, but there is a little river flowing through it, it has the red rocks, the sand dunes, trees - it's really the total package when it comes to a hike. We actually tried to add on extra days to our reservation because we loved it so much but alas - they were already sold out!...

Our group of 9 "off road " (side by side) vehicles rode from St. George, Ut. to Bar 10 Ranch (Grand Canyon) then to Coral Pink Sand Dunes. This hotel was the perfect stop for us to ride the Virgin River and see the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The check in process was easy and complete prior to arrival. You can drive up to the front door of your cottage and use a code to get into clean new rooms. Furniture is new, clean, large TV in room and fire pit outside. Very nice! This is a MUST STOP if your an "off roader" and you want to explore this area The owners Shane and Kalie were so helpful and seemed like great people! Shane even gave some insight on the best trails around here. I strongly recommend the Water Canyon Resort and will be back

We recently set up an off-road trip to St George area with 9 side by side cars and 18 people. Part of our 4 day trip included a stay at the Water Canyon Resort in Hildale UT. Our reservations were easily set up and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Notifications were timely and our confirmations were timely with our access codes. We all arrived off road and spent the night. We went to the Coral pink sand dunes and the Virgin River area. All easily accessible from Water Canyon Resort. We arrived with all cars at the same time and we were a little early. This place was very clean and just as advertised. Everyone in the group were very satisfied. I would recommend Water Canyon Resort for couples or groups. You won’t be sorry.

This place is great! We got a dog friendly cabin which comes with doggy poo bags and disposal.. To save money we brought food and used one of the gas grills they had on the property. We were surprised to see the cabins came fire pits with wood! Unfirtunately, we did not use the fire place because it was windy and a bit rainy, but weather permitting, this was a very awesome feature! The space is bigger inside than it looks from the outside. I love the decor. Its located nearly an hour from Zion but worth the drive! Did not disappoint!
