Awful experience. Waited 20 minutes in line for a sandwich, and ended up walking away; the line had only moved about 2 people in the time. Lots of people angry, staff fighting back (three were working) and accusing customers of messing up and getting out of place. The store was extremely dirty, inside and out, and the room had a very uncomfortable feeling attached with it.
I would not eat here. I was really looking forward to a subway sandwich, but fought my hunger and waited until I was farther south in Arizona to eat something else. The way the team of staff members handled themselves and worked with the customers was extremely unprofessional- two people had mistakes in their orders, and those two are the only two they were able to help within twenty minutes.
Two stars solely because it's difficult times, and I'm sure everything is a bit more difficult. Cleaning protocols are hard to follow, and high demand because lots of people are travelling, I guess.
