El Cappuccino — Restaurant in Hildale

I saw that this new restaurant was open of social media and I was dying to try it. Drove the 30 minutes to get there and it was worth the beautiful drive. We went for breakfast and can’t wait to go back for lunch. Food was fantastic. I’m a sucker for biscuits and gravy and it exceeded my expectations. My husband ordered an omelette and it was also delish. The atmosphere is so fun, it felt like you’re having a meal with your family. Everyone was super friendly and happy to be there. I’ve been here twice and absolutely loved it! The food is delicious, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I do have one small piece of constructive feedback—there does seem to be a bit of a fly issue. I’m sure the team is already aware and working on it, but perhaps adding a blue light trap and installing a door that closes automatically (since many guests forget to shut it) could help keep them out. If you don't have exact change, you have no choice but to give them another dollar. They don't have any coin. Table and chairs are not being kept clean, they have 5 visible people including including possibly owners, they are not busy at the moment, only 4 tables of people. The flies are a definite problem.
