A five 🌟 star review for me has to meet many strict requirements. If there was a six or ten stars, Homer Inn & Spa would earn that as well. The owners go beyond to make sure you are pampered from the time you step into their place. Every sense on your body will find it's happy place. From your eyes to seeing the views to hearing the soft music, to smelling the refreshing aromas they purposely place. The place was clean and well taken care of from the smallest details. My wife 💖 loved the romantic feel to this place. I thoroughly enjoyed the hut with the massage chairs and the hot 🔥 tub. We will be back again. Thank you!!!

Don’t miss out on a massage here! Wonderful aroma therapy and innovative techniques. The therapists were very open to hearing our preferences and then incorporating them into customized experiences. We also had the pleasure of staying here, and I cannot describe how amazing the shower is! The hosts left wine and fun treats each night. Epic, epic deck and views! We unfortunately didn’t have time for the hot tub but that looked lovely as well. Highly recommend! Note: For anyone tall, our king bed was a little on the short side but still manageable!

This IS luxury. From the time you are greeted and attended to by Zayda and Amanda, to the time you leave, it’s all first class. The view is amazing and the rooms are fantastic. Great beds and neat showers! We loved our 2 hr spa session. The location is not on the spit, but it’s just a short drive to it, as well as “old town” Homer! The breakfast bag was convenient and nice to have, but it was unremarkable. Lots of swag for sale in the lobby and several self serve items for purchase as well. We had a great stay here. VictorB

My Wife and I decided to stay local for our romantic getaway this year and we were not disappointed! Amanda and Danae made our stay truly magical and made sure that we were well taken care of. Staff was not only very attentive to our needs but very fun to talk to and learn more about things to do in Homer. We purchased a Romantic package for 5 nights that included breakfast for 2 for 3 days, thermal spa time, massage chair and red light time, and Ocean Therapy Spa. Let me tell you that the Ocean therapy spa with the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and Solar Tepidarium with relaxation loungers was an absolute blast! This has been a stressful last 3 years not being able to get away as a couple and that portion of the stay alone melted off all 3 years and more of stress that we were carrying. Relaxing in the chairs in the Solar Tepidarium was a romantic experience in itself sitting in the chairs gazing out over the sea, mountains and glaciers in the distance. The provided charcuterie board was just the right pick me up after sauna, cold plunge and then hot tub about 3-4 times. Danae brought in our robes for us and truly made the experience a memorable one. ||||Amanda mentioned a date night add-on later that night and we promptly signed up for it! Sitting in this clear romantic little yurt with an electric fireplace, super comfy lounge chairs, warm velvety blankets and a dessert charcuterie board was next level. They even provided a special surprise that was not only a blast to do together but also helped rekindle the flame in our relationship and brought the us back that had been on the back burner for so long. ||||We stayed in the Lux room during our stay and it was very cozy and comfortable. The bed had several different functions to adjust for your sleep styles, a vibrate setting and very warm comfortable bedding. When we arrived they had a special display of towels standing in a heart next to a bottle of wine and delish lemon chocolates. The fireplace in the room heats up the entire room in no time for complete comfort. We utilized the tea kettle for tea provided (which was delicious) and teas we purchased in town. The shower and jetted tub were also absolutely awesome. If you need a fun and romantic getaway to relax this is it! 10/10 for the...

Are you like me? I was stressed out and in need of a big dose of self-care, to unplug from my too-busy city life and soak in some slow, quality time with nature. But being someone who hates sleeping on the ground and whizzing in the woods, I knew I also required something that offered the amenities of civilization without interfering with communing with nature. I found that happy combination at the Homer Inn and Spa. THANK YOU to everyone who made my stay so memorable. I returned home refreshed and re-energized, and would definitely send a friend your way. LOCATION. The Inn is right on the shoreline of Kachemak Bay, affording an unobstructed, 180-degree, view of the best scenery Alaska offers. Up close, I was near enough to doze off on their huge deck to the gentle, rhythmic lapping of the ocean; in the middle distance, I watched a 24/7 parade of boats, marine life, and birds as they followed the tides in and out; and across the bay, my eyes were constantly drawn to the snow-capped peaks of the Kenai Mountains that stretched horizon to horizon. My brain just went Ahhhhh. ROOM and CUSTOMER SERVICE. My room was spotless, tidy, and well equipped, including a cozy balcony with table and chairs to continue soaking in the view while enjoying a morning coffee. And of course the staff was everything a guest could expect: efficient, easily accessible, and eager to please. AMENITIES. I counted at least five hot tubs throughout the grounds of various shapes and sizes, ready to accommodate from 1 to 6 or 7 people. My favorite spot was one of their newest additions, an awesome all-glass-enclosed, infrared sauna room facing the bay. I stretched out on a lounge chair, turned on the vibrator, closed my eyes, and let my body bake in the heat while my mind drifted away on the relaxing music piped in from the main house. Make that...
