I just picked up a cup of this ice cream at the Homer farmer’s market and I could not be more impressed. Absolutely phenomenal. Everyone in AK raves about Wild Scoops on Anchorage but this is honestly just as good, if not better, than that. Really interesting flavors to choose from- the owner uses ingredients like bourbon, pine nuts and basil. But even the classics- like mint chip- are special because he uses ingredients like fresh mint instead of just mint extract.
