This is my fourth trip at Homosassa River retreat. I have caught Snook and redfish and drums and blue crabs off their docks. I really like this area but it's been raining so much lately there was a lot of fresh water so the bite was off.. It's a nice place to go with the family.

Talk about welcoming this place is off the chain man right on the water clean no mosquitoes to speak of I never felt any of them so they sprayed regularly for that this is great got their own your own slip pull right up to the dock walk right in your place and the people that run the park or absolutely superb people very friendly very welcoming I'll go back there I would live there if I didn't have others...

Cute cottages on the Homosassa River. Very clean and well maintained. The owners Ulee and Michelle are very nice, friendly and responsive. If you like soft mattresses, the one in the Bowhouse is right for you. A boat ramp and docks are available. Large fire pit ring and chairs for a nice evening. We can't wait to come back. We highly recommend...
