Eric & Jay's RV resort is an absolute gem, and my experience was (and still is!) made truly memorable by the exceptional team that runs it. Annette, June, Tina, and JayJay are the heartbeat of this place, embodying warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

The beauty of the resort is not just in its scenic surroundings, but in the people who work tirelessly to maintain its splendor. The staff's dedication to keeping the resort in pristine condition is evident in every corner. The meticulous attention to detail is a testament to the commitment of this fantastic team.

What sets Eric & Jay's apart is the camaraderie among the staff. It's clear that they operate like a tight-knit family, supporting and looking out for one another. This positive energy extends to the guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and friendliness.

Whether you're a seasoned RV traveler or a first-timer, the encouragement and assistance provided by the staff make Eric & Jay's the perfect choice. It's more than just a resort; it's a community where everyone cares, ensuring your stay is not just comfortable but also uplifting.

For anyone seeking a lovely place to book, look no further than Eric & Jay's RV resort. The blend of natural beauty and a team that feels like family makes it an ideal destination. Your RV adventure awaits in this haven of warmth, care, and positive vibes. You will truly feel like...

Eric and Jays RV Resort is our 137th stop and we stayed for one week. Heads up as you come in - just as you turn on to Lockcrest Drive - it is narrow and on the right side just before the park there is a foot deep pothole waiting for you as well as the 4 inch general drop off. The check in was easy and the staff were super nice. The interior roads are wide concrete and in great shape. We opted for a site on the back row with a cover, the first time we had this as an option and it was very good. The park itself is only a few years ago so the amenities are all in very good shape. The utilities are good and the WiFi is decent. You also have trash service Monday - Saturday. Great location near the expressway (but not too close) and can be downtown in 20 minutes (non rush hour). It is gated with a code so you feel secure. And it is pretty quiet in general. The food truck on Friday evening was excellent. The dog park has to be access through a site and is a 10x40 combo of dirt, weeds and grass. The park caters to longer term residents (all we met were very nice) and the only issue is the application of rules for the longer term residents. I would have rated it higher if not for this but still rate it a 4.5. Connectivity (5 pm): park WiFi (82.2 down/20.5 up); Verizon (683.0 down/34.3 up); T-Mobile (382.0...

New park with a few details that still need to be ironed out. Perfect place for short stays, weekend or vacation. Not ideal for those staying for work or for extended periods of time in comparison to rates of other RV parks in the area. Maintenance guy is a hell of a worker. Live music usually stars the same country singer every time. Not a large variety there. In comparison to other RV parks that we have visited across the US, staff does not regularly patrol nor pay attention to things in the park that could potentially effect other guests. I.e. open sewer hoses on the ground, constant water connection to back tank flush, not enforcing pet waste to be properly picked up and disposed of in a timely manner, things of that nature. Park definitely has potential. Zero shade. In my opinion, various rates among sites are not in proportion to the amount of space that each site gains. Owner is a great guy. Strong sense of community in the park.

Excellent park! Everything is brand new, and priced the same or better than others in the area. The hosts waited on us to arrive, and let us choose our spot. Don made the check in process super easy, texting and emailing while I was at work, and Eric brought us a free bag of ice. They are attentive, anticipate your needs, but are also super laid back, and have the best restrooms and showers I've ever seen at a park. As an extra nice touch, the restrooms and showers are singles, your own, not stalls. They had a ping pong table set up when we got here. They also have a business center with printers and the wifi is excellent. The pool table and hot tub are super nice. I'll update with more pics. We're staying at least a month.
