My mother stayed at this room about 4 weeks , The General Manager at this spot Nobie Jack needs to be fired ! She round this place acting like she owns it and putting her hands on customers and still employed here ! She makes her own rules and very triflin and this manner needs to be checked into ! She put her hands on my mother and acting like it was ok until I pulled up ! No my mother isn’t a violent person , she wouldn’t even let my mother get her stuff out the room , but why would pay the balance when our plan was to pay , instead you came to her room being aggressive and pushing on my mom , she needs to be fired and she needs to join the army ! I hope someone higher than her position looks into this matter . Than she lied like she will call the police while we there but she called the police 4 hours later once we gone . This place and the people there is her unprofessional , Also the owner the this motel haven’t even contacted me or my mom to ask questions because its a franchise I guess . My mom went to hospital due to The General manger being rude pushing my mom shoulder her and the young light skin lady down stairs , they are still employed the audio is being recorded downstairs by the check in desk, the young lady that works there even admitted to The General Manager putting hands on my mom .SHE WOULDNT LET US GET MY MOM THINGS BECAUSE OF THE BALANCE FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY , but why would we pay once you come to her door before 2 PM? The time that you gave her to pay you came at 1:30 PM being rude, Nobie locked my mom out her room and then you pushed her shoulder telling her to get back from going back in room telling her she couldn’t get her things out the room instead of giving her her belongings you take her things and throw everything in the trash. ALSO HAVE CHANGED THE PRICES ON US A FEW TIMES, A WHILE BACK NOBIE EVEN SAID WE CANT BRING THE DOG ON TGE ELEVATOR (she is a small yorkie) WE HAVE TO GO UP STAIRS , MY THING IS WHY ISNT IT A SIGN STATING THAT BY THE ELEVATOR? Read moreFrom the outside it’s a decent hotel and the price is reasonable. But a clean, pest-free room is worth every dollar just to have peace of mind and a good nights rest. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES THIS PLACE IS INFESTED!!! I checked in mid-day and didn't return to my room until around 9pm. I had picked up some dinner on the way back to the hotel. As soon as I opened up my food, roaches began coming from underneath the refrigerator, the stove, they were even in the cabinet/dishes area so I wouldn’t advise anyone to use those dishes without a proper wash! I quickly closed up my food and packed up my stuff and called the front desk. The night worker told me there were no other rooms available he could move me to and that the hotel staff, as well as, management is aware of the roach problem. He said there are several rooms that they are not allowed to rent because they are infested!!!! I told him to add room 226 to that list! Guy at the front said the only thing he could offer me was a can of Raid spray. He also informed me that I would have to wait for management to arrive in the morning to consider giving me a refund. When I had arrived earlier that day to check in, there were a few ppl ahead of me. I found it so odd that the lady checking us in kept repeating that there are no refunds after check in. She said it to me about 3 times, as if I didn’t hear her say it 10 times to the other guests ahead of me! They are aware of the roach problem and that is why they are so strict about their no-refund policy! Thank God I booked through Expedia they reached out to the hotel to process my refund! Expedia also gave me $25 in one-key cash to put towards another hotel for the night because I refused to stay with the roaches. The room also had a bad, musty, wet dog odor. The hallways smell like dog, cat and human urine & feces combined. They allow pets and they are an extended stay hotel so the majority of their guests live there for weeks at a time. They seriously need to vacate the entire hotel and hire an exterminator! I have never seen that many roaches all at once in my entire life! I still get itchy just thinking about those things crawling all over the cabinets...

The only thing that makes this place an extended stay is the availability of stovetop burners and a full-size fridge. The internet is very weak. I stayed for four weeks and was working remotely in agony every day. I paid $20 for the internet and had a lot of issues. The staff is careless. I called them many times regarding the internet not working, and they stated they would contact support, but nobody reached out. The day before my checkout, the front desk lady knocked on my door and asked me to pay for the internet; when I explained to her my issues with the internet, I got no apologies; she just went back to her desk and called my room to inform me that her manager said I need to pay for the internet now, which I did. Guests get only two rolls of toilet paper for their entire stay: no tissues, shampoo, or iron. There was only one tiny soap bar in the bathroom. You only get your towels and linen replaced once every two weeks, or you pay a fee to replace them early. Supposedly, the rooms are cleaned every two weeks. My two-week anniversary was on a Saturday; I called for cleaning, and the guest service told me they don’t clean on Saturday; then I called on Monday, and they said the 3rd floor gets cleaned on Wednesdays; then I called on Wednesday, they said they have to clean checkouts first, and that’s the last I heard from them. I stayed there for four weeks, and the room wasn’t cleaned. The elevator always stinks because there are more dogs than people in the building, I mean giant dogs.
