Ordering online was very easy and convenient. However receiving my merchandise or getting a response was very unpleasant. I placed a Order on March 9th. Something told me to cancel my order. I sent a request the next day to cancel and received a phone call and couldn't answer so I received a email . When I responded to the email I didn't get a response. I responded back the same day and never got a response. I sent several emails after that asking for the status of my order and never got a response. (Emails sent March 16 and18) On March 23rd I sent a message via Instagram and got a response stating that they were shipping my order out Thursday they were waiting on a item that I purchased. They claim they responded to my email but of course I never received it. I was told that I would receive tracking information. As of March 26th I had not received the tracking information so I sent another email requesting a refund. On the 27th I received a email with my tracking number for only 3 of my items. So I inquired about the other item that was missing from the tracking information and I was told on the 28th via email that it would be shipped tomorrow. Well today is the 31st and it still has not been shipped. It makes no sense that my order was placed on the 9th and as of the 31st I am still waiting. I should not have to reach out to a business. If something is not in stock it should be removed or someone should reach out to the client and state that the item is not in stock. Let the customer decide if they would like to wait, get something else or a refund. Having to wait this long for merchandise is ridiculous. I will not be supporting this business in the future. Please do better so people will want to come and support...
Read moreI'm not usually one to write a negative review but unfortunately I can no longer support what I consider to be bad customer service. Based upon my previous experiences with this business, which were pleasant, I decided to place 2 BULK orders on Nov. 21st and Dec.4th. As of today Jan 2nd I am still waiting on both orders, items that I was told " had " shipped or "would ship" on a certain day. I've been told shipping is taking longer...or they were waiting for my order to arrive... or both orders were in and would be shipped...etc. I have yet to receive tracking information that was requested more than once, and am unclear on how or why it takes so long to receive at least my initial order placed in Nov if in fact it was ready to ship the same week as stated? Especially when I placed subsequent order that arrived in approx 3 days. If nothing else, ship what you have since I paid for separate shipping on both orders anyway. I believe I have been beyond patient and have been offered nothing but excuses.... UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS POST: 1/6/20: Still waiting on order that was supposedly "ready" to be shipped....hmmm? Read morePoor customer service. Went to the shop ( or storage facility which it is) to retrieve my merchandise purchased on 1/13 I was originally told to come on the following Friday 1/17. I informed the employee that I would be out of town and would pick up the following week when I return. Response was ok our hours are listed on IG page. Clearly states 12-6 on Friday. I come from the other side of town to retrieve my item and was told oh I’m at work your merchandise is in the trunk of my car.. WTH is my outfit in your trunk when I was told to come to the storage unit for pick up. Then was told oh come back tomorrow after 2. Again I drove 45 min to get to the storage facility and 45 min back with no merchandise. I said well okay just ship it then since I’ve been inconvenienced. I then was asked to cash app the mo year for shipping.. Are you serious you and your company inconvenienced me and I should pay you..I have requested a refund a notified my credit card company..
