Due to unfortunate events I had to stay here for a week. The room was a nice surprise it was super clean and well stocked with towels. Anytime I need more towels that wasn't a problem, the staff more than glad to give us more. On Saturday when we got there there was only one house keeper and kristian (hope I spelled it right) informed us they would get us checked in as soon as our room was clean so we went and ate by the time we got done eating our room was ready. Our two day stay ended up being a week as I stated so on our third day I booked through a third party site that messed up on sending our info to the hotel correct that turn into a nightmare as it took the GM John kristian and Lisa the second shift front desk staff to get resolved don't us agota they are the worse it's not worth the money you'll save but they got it resolved with very little involved from me. Josh worked over nights and as I'm a night person he made sure he had fresh coffee all night for me. I really got to know the staff and made some good friends as I my husband had to fight out without me to get a truck and I was worried about being alone but the staff made my time here enjoyable and made me feel not only comfortable but also welcomed and safe. I can't say enough good things about this group of people so thank you John you and your staff are amazing. I will be back for sure. To kristian, Lisa. Trina, and Josh thank you for everything you did and do I know you do this for every guest keep doing what your doing your guest appreciate it and this hotel should get an award for best hotel in America and let me say I have stayed a lot of hotels as my husband is a truck driver So if your reading this trying to decide if you should stay at this hotel the answer is yes you won't be sorry. It is a truckstop motel. That is what you will get. A lot of the guests are just staying for the "afternoon".
I was put in a room directly above and next to the maintenance/laundry/storage rooms and the noise was deafening.
You pay to stay somewhere to rest in comfort. This motel is the complete antithesis of comfort or peace.
The entire stay, my room was bombarded with horrifying mechanical noises from the adjoining rooms. The staff was unable to move me as the place was full but didnt accomodate otherwise.
The bathroom was filthy with dirty towels left behind and "clean" towels with blacks marks like they were used to clean. The fan turns on with the bathroom light, like normal, unfortunately the door has no strike plate or latch, the door handle just catches the frame of the door and bangs around loose. When the fan turns on, the door is pulled forward, cracking the door, if you travel with someone else, prepare for no privacy.
The carpets were so filthy, that my clean white socks were black and sticky after walking on them for less 10 minutes.
Tha parking lot had people sleeping/living in their car, right next to where you parked yours. Comfortable. Not.
Long story short, this location was definitely disgusting, uncomfortable, filthy, in a poor location and was managed poorly. Staff was friendly.

Read moreI want to share my experience of the hotel w friend stayed 2 nites early Oct, the GM I do believe his name is Don helped me check in not so much of nice man. As well as knowing how to check in process works took quite a bit longer then expected. Snippy and just not friendly. Rooms are ok, had some stains on the bed, sheets but maybe they can’t come out, it’s kinda faded, I was not about to go back to the front desk to deal with him it was not a great experience . I will definitely not be back w this have stayed here many times in the past, when someone else was running, the place, can tell it’s gone down the toilet. I can that manager that was great took care of me like hands down, if you all got rid of my friend, I can see will not be coming back. Don did say he was the New GM John is no longer here anymore the service shows and how the appearance of the hotel is not the same vibe or welcoming sensation as past times w him here.
