If I could leave 0 stars i would. I almost never order at this location but when I try it's always a nightmare. I pulled into the drive thru and waited an excessively long time to even be greeted. The restaurant was not busy enough to justify this and i said as much into the speaker. Even still, 2 whole minutes paased before the man greeted me with a nasty tone. So I finally placed my order and I was told to come to the second window with out even giving me a total. I was so irritated I quickly pulled around to the second window without hitting anyone with my car because there was nobody there to hit. It was at this point i noticed the man texting on his phone. I waited a minute then lost my patience and told him "get off the phone and come take my money" to which he responded "that was my boss to which , I told him" I don't care who it was " his response was "so leave then " i gracefully gave him the bird and took my son to Arby's across the street. Read moreThere were flies all over the dining room. No ice in the pop machine that only had diet coke. It took the counter 20 minutes to take our order! While we waited, they had to replace 2 burgers that were made wrong 3 times! I attempted to cancel my order at that point and the manager refused to refund me. They charged my order wrong and would not allow me to leave the counter to feed my children while my husband was paying the difference because they screwed our order up. The manager Tammy was so rude to my husband and I that I asked for a refund again, as I was no longer hungry after dealing with such nastiness from the manager. I requested a receipt showing that a correction was made to our order and the manager refused that as well. My mother in law was so upset, they messed up her order and she also requested a refund, yet the manager refused. The play set was falling apart, along with the crew they have working there. Read moreI walked in this evening to attempt to make a to go order. When I entered the location Tama there was one other customer who was already waiting for her food. The cashier proceeded to completely and totally ignore me while I stood there waiting to make my order, while simultaneously taking orders from the drive through, despite the fact that there was another cashier at the drive-through window to take orders. So essentially, I was ignored by both cashiers who were busy taking orders from the drive-through as if it required a team effort. So now I'm going to McDonald's.
If your employees are so overwhelmed that they have to ignore a customer standing at the counter, is time to either fire those employees and find someone who can do this minimum wage unskilled labor, or bring in...
