Nature Coast Inn & Cottages — Hotel in Inglis

I wanted to get out of town and explore the area for fishing so we chose this place. I was skeptical at first because the room was 100.00 and an additional 50.00 for a cleaning charge. BUT, I am very happy because the room was very clean, and the whole property was fantastic !. The room was small but certainly just enough for my wife and I. We built a nice fire in the pit out back and relaxed. Down the road is an awesome to explore and fish. We will certainly stay there again someday, I'm wondering if we stay two days, would they wave the cleaning fee for the second day because we would not need it cleaned after the first day ?. Breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. I have some suggestions for the management/owners though, but still I rated 5 stars.

I would move the room mirror to the other wall, and get a bigger TV. I would get a narrow table/bench for the foot of the bed. I very small table in the bathroom would be nice, there is room for it. The ice trays were stuck and they were broken, still we did get some ice though, maybe put a few bags of ice in the game room freezer as a backup. We are always looking for local get always to forget a crazy work week, and we have found a really great place. The minute we arrived and were met by Wendy we knew we had found a fun unique spot, and then we met her husband Terry and we just felt at home. We selected a room in the main house and found it to be really clean, comfortable and uniquely decorated. But everyone knows that the room is only 1/2 the experience. In the morning we were not disappointed!!! Wendy's breakfast creations were not just good looking, they were scrumptious. Her great food and conversations were a great way to start each morning. Wendy and Terry also were very helpful with ideas of what to see and do in the surrounding area. Our only disappointment for the weekend was that we did not allot enough time to do wine and painting with Terry. He did however make our evenings interesting with our bedtime story time. This is not something you will never find in a conventional hotel....lol...but just another example of how Wendy and Terry go out of their way to make your stay here the first of many. We will be...

Absolutely Gorgeous!!! Words can’t express how happy my husband and I were when we first got here. Stunning! Peaceful! Paradise! We stayed in the Angler Cottage. I felt joyful the moment I walked in our cottage. The colors are very attractive. The Jasmine flowers were very fragrant. I have only good things to say about our stay and experience. Connie and her staff are amazing! Very personable with her guests. We loved every moment and made beautiful memories. We will most definitely be back in the future. I recommend Nature Coast Inn to anyone and everyone. You need to experience the peace and serenity here. We stayed in the cottage for 5 nights. We also stayed one night in The Bohemian room. Another guest was coming in to the Angler Cottage and we wanted to stay one night more day/night, but wanted to stay in another cottage or the bed and breakfast. Sooo many things to compliment.
