Brooks Dockside Seafood (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Inglis

First of all this place is on a dead end road. Was cool getting there even though I thought it was the wrong area at first. The people are very nice. I asked for some shrimp from the market to be set aside for me to pick up at the food truck and they had it in the freezer. I was a little disappointed in the food though. The blackened shrimp, though perfectly seasoned were a tad over done, that's fine but the rice and beans really had no flavor. The coleslaw was not overly dressed which I appreciated. We believe in supporting local businesses, so we come here frequently. The food and service are absolutely incredible. I had the fried grouper sandwich this time, and my wife and son had grouper bites and filet with fries. So delicious and fresh. The fries are thin cut and amazing.
