If you're looking for a place close to the beach and you don't mind the noise from traffic outside...this might be the place for you. The room we got was pretty good but the shower had some issues. The free wifi was not that great. I emailed staff about it and it got reset the first day. The second time I emailed staff about I got no response. And yes, you read that right... there's no on-site staff. They are close though. At checkout you are expected to bring the trash from your room down to the curb and remove all the bed sheets and towels and place them in a bag. Now for me that's not a deal breaker. But some people might find this off putting. For the cost it's an okay place. I don't care to stay there again, i will try somewhere closer to the beach.

The housekeeping service was top notch. Excellent service, Maria was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.Room was spacious and clean. Our room had a decent size refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Parking available in front of the entrance and additional parking in the back. Walking distance to the Plaza and a few places to eat or have ice cream A short ride to the airport, beaches and shopping areas. Maritza the owner was very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely return.

Experiencia horrible. Si usted tiene el apartamento en Air B&B y usted lo alquila fuera de la plataforma debe cerrar las fechas para que no le pase como a nosotros. Reservamos para un día en la plataforma de Air b&b, se cobra el balance y de momento recibo un mensaje de la Sra Maritza de que lamentablemente no tenía habitaciones disponibles. Ella indica que yo tenía que cancelar, como soy nuevo utilizando la plataforma, cancelo y como ella tiene una política de NO Cancelación no me podía devolver el dinero, me comunico con ella y ella me indica que Air B&B hace tiempo no le pagaba las habitaciones que yo tenía que llamar para ver si le pagaban los balances adeudados. Señora oriéntese bien eso no es problema de nadie solamente de usted. Gracias a Dios resolví llamando a Air B&B y me devolvieron el dinero. Pero esta señora no es de fiar. Tengo evidencia de textos, Whatsap y más. Gracias por nada.

We enjoyed our stay at Itza-Bella Suites in Isabela. When we arrived we initially weren't sure where to park. There was very limited space in front of the door and a tight alley next to the building. I wasn't sure if I could park in front of the door as it seemed to be the parking place of a florist. But the sign on the door said that the florist was on vacation, so we left the car there. There was no reception or anyone to talk to, but they sent a code and information on how to get inside. The outside door is locked with a key, which seems a little unsafe in case of an emergency; I don't think there was another fire exit. However, the room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Everything was very well maintained and we loved...

Daniel Blevins and Tasha Blevins, Went to Puerto Rico for the first time in 30 years as I get there I was having a bad day off the flight. I get to the hotel and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay and my wife stay was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be back. To the staff and Maritza I greatly appreciate everything you have done you are one in 1 million God bless you all and thank you for all you’ve done.
