While vacationing in Isabela we decided to checkout the Plaza and found this gem. The wine selection (and other cocktails) was excellent. And the tapas were delicious. The Wine Boutique in Isabela, Puerto Rico, is truly a hidden gem. I recently visited and was impressed with the atmosphere and the genuine warmth from the staff.
