I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Days Inn by Wyndham, and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish encounter to warn potential guests of what they might endure. From the moment I stepped into my room, it was evident that this establishment fell far short of even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.
The room itself was a breeding ground for filth and unsanitary conditions. To say that it was merely dirty would be an understatement. I was appalled to discover dried bloodstains on the mattress, and the bed covers were adorned with repulsive semen stains. Stray hairs were scattered throughout the room, casting doubt on whether it had been cleaned at all.
The bathroom was a horror show in its own right, with a bathtub that boasted black and yellow stains that screamed neglect. The uncleaned washroom was a breeding ground for germs, and the air conditioning, when it reluctantly decided to function, did little to alleviate the stench of a noxious blend of weed and urine that lingered persistently throughout my stay.
Noise pollution was another unbearable aspect of my time at Days Inn by Wyndham. Thin walls meant that every whisper, conversation, and disturbance from neighboring rooms invaded my personal space. It was impossible to escape the cacophony, contributing further to the overall discomfort.
However, it was the abysmal customer service that truly cemented this hotel as a place to avoid at all costs. The manager, who should be a beacon of professionalism, was shockingly disrespectful and dismissive. Requests for basic cleanliness were met with hostility, as if we were inconveniencing him with our mere presence. Attempts to address these issues were futile, as he resorted to outright ignoring us.
The cleaning service was equally appalling. It took three separate requests to have a single area properly cleaned, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and a complete disregard for guest satisfaction.
In conclusion, my stay at Days Inn by Wyndham was unequivocally the worst hotel experience of my life. The low price may be tempting, but I implore anyone considering booking this establishment to look elsewhere. Don't be deceived by the seemingly affordable rates – the cost of enduring such deplorable conditions is far too high. Save yourself the misery and find a hotel that values cleanliness, customer service, and basic...

Rooms: The room didn't seem bad at first. Outdated bedding, lights were falling apart, mirrors weren't even fastened down safely, and only got 2 pillows for the king sized bed. The problems arose more and more as I stayed. Holes everywhere including some walls where people were fitting incense sticks and a remote that looked like it got dipped in snot and half wiped off. I've only been here for about 24 hours and have killed upwards of 12 roaches of varying sizes, including one in my bed. Only UPSIDE was that the AC worked like a dream, assuming it's not mold laced on the inside.
Service: It's would be a disservice to call that service. "Complimentary breakfast" was an oatmeal bar, mini muffin, and a bottle of orange juice. I asked for roach spray AT LEAST and not only did the front desk worker not even check, he just flat out said they don't have that or any kind of insect spray. Cleaning service only touched my trash and that was all. It seems like barely 2 people even work here.
Location: Location isn't terrible. Bus stops nearby if you don't care to walk a mile to get to it to head to downtown NJ or NY. Alot is within relative walking distance if you don't mind the steps and the uphill battle to get on the main road. Only issue was the place just looked sketchy in general.
TLDR; Overall: 1/5 stars. Mid quality, roach infested rooms, with garbage service, and somewhat close to the main reason you'd even want to be here. Not anywhere close to the price you...

Also the staff strategically bangs on your door at 9:30am to offer house keeping, to egg you to be awake for an on time check out. Essentially they wake you up two hours prior to 11am. Then once 11am hits, they will call your room at 11:01, and every 3 minutes afterwards. The inclusive breakfast comes with a granola bar, cup of water and a stale muffin. You’re better off sucking on rocks from outside. Like I mentioned earlier, I was in 4 different rooms. Every single sheet was plastered with food stains and hair. They don’t actually change sheets, just make the beds for the next family to come in. In between days if you’re there early enough or up early enough, you can also just spectate them at 9:30am. They enter every single room with garbage bags, but there’s no carts full of clean linens. They walk in throw trash out, and leave the rooms for the next family while never changing the sheets. I’m not one for rumors but if you have the misfortune of having to sleep here with no choice, I urge you to just watch for this. It will make you laugh on how true it is. All in all, this is not a get what you pay for hotel. A shelter would have better conditions, and that’s being generous. Every shower was a biohazard. Just not worth it.
