As someone who was scouring the Internet: yelp TikTok and Google Maps to find a good quality and affordable place to get my acrylic set refilled. I’m coming here to tell you that lovely nails, and spa checks all my boxes.
You book through Booksy, and pay a deposit, which is nice, because then it only feels like you’re paying half at the actual appointment. You can reschedule your time and it’s very convenient and straightforward. I didn’t have to wait at all and the salon was extremely clean, playing great music, and everyone was friendly. They started on my pedicure and the lady doing it did some of the best work I’ve had in years. She cut off all my dead skin, which I have a lot of, scrubbed, and filed to perfection. I then waited About five minutes to get my nails refilled, which was perfect because I had to look for a Design. I was asking who I thought was probably the shop owner for price ranges about what Design I want, and she was completely transparent about pricing and add ons, which in the past some salons salons not been. I asked for an acrylic French tip with a flower, and she began to work meticulously shaping it to perfection using my inspo pic and referring back to it Many times for reference. she spent a lot of times shaping, and filing, which I appreciate and make sure there was no uneven bumps, and the Apex was perfect. Her application for the French tip and flower was very skilled and she had overall an amazing demeanor. I also appreciated that she cut my cuticles and upheld the integrity of my nails and gave me a hand scrub after painting. I ended up paying $100 for the gel manicure and the acrylic fill which started at 50. And then I had about $20 in add-ons with the French tip and Design. I tipped 20% and so my total was about $120. I felt more than happy giving them a big tip because of how many poor salon experiences I’ve had and how refreshing this one was. Thank you lovely nails, and spa. I will...

Read moreSo I set an appt a week prior for May 13th to get an acrylic set pedicure and eyebrows. The day of, I called before coming in and I was told Karen left and nobody could do my nails at all because she was the only one who did acrylic. There was no room to fit me in for my pedicure or even my eyebrows. This was so unprofessional of them to tell me last minute. A courtesy call a few hours prior would’ve been nice. Thankfully I found another salon and they did a superb job.
Update: since I can’t reply to the owner, no I was never sent a cancellation message. I found out when I called on my way over there. And I completely understand people have lives but if you can’t show up for an appt that you approved there’s a way to go about it. I called to make this appt and left my phone number as well. Like I said a courtesy call...
