Racpanos — Hotel in Jersey City

Upon arrival to the property, received door codes via text. First of all no parking, definitely not near the ocean. ||||Upon entering the room, I discovered it was already occupied and having access to someone else's belongings. We contacted person from which we got door codes, and they confirmed overbooking and verbally told us we would be refunded. However, never got refunded and had to dispute with bank. Still emailing with company to try and get refund with no avail. Horrible customer service. I would not be surprised if they routinely overbook in hopes to keep...
