Wish i could rate 0. that was a terrible experience. Me and my little sister were sitting reading and charging our phones this Caucasian lady keeps checking on us and giving us bad looks when we go get up to leave and go to the front one of the workers say we can't sit in the back its apparently to far away but there was a Caucasian woman sitting next to us before who they said absolutely nothing to. She felt like because were young or whatever we were up to no good i don't understand what I'd possibly do in a Libarary except sit and read, i felt judgement and disgust from at least two of them and i should have to feel that in a place people go to read. should add I've been going there for years and this has never happened same people but i also got older and coloured my hair...so...
ย ย ย Read moreToday's experience WASN'T pleasant. I didn't know that the doors remain locked even though the location is open. I pulled the back door thinking I could open it. When I couldn't enter, I went to the front door and did the same. I eventually saw a small sign that instructed me to ring the bell. I rang the bell and at the same time the Librarian came to the door and was very rude. She told me I had to ring the bell and that there was a sign. Then she asked me how can she help as she walked away. No eye contact, unfriendly and no warmth. Fortunately, her coworker was much more pleasant and helped my daughter check...
