Geronimo Village RV Park — Hotel in Joaquin

The park is conveniently located and you can tell at one time it was a fairly nice park ( and still could be).

We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and the bathrooms and showers were never cleaned the entire time. I don't know when it was cleaned last before we got there, but it wasn't cleaned the entire time of our stay. Hair balls in the corners and drains, old hairy soap in the soap dish, tampon wrappers and dirty toilet paper overflowing the trash cans onto the floor. This only got worse and worse as each day went by. Sad thing is the showers and bathroom facility appeared fairly new and can still be a really nice facility if someone would clean it on a daily basis.

Park needed to be mowed and weeded as well. Some of the sites were overgrown with weeds to the point you couldn't even tell there was rock underneath.

There were mostly "long timers" staying in the park but we had no issues with the other tennants. Everyone was friendly enough and our stuff didn't appear to be bothered with while we were gone.

On the plus side, you have groceries, burgers, gas and the dollar general all within walking distance and again, it could be a really nice place again if it was given a little tlc and basic housekeeping...

Dont bring your RV here, unless you want it to get robbed, this place is full of junkies, people that you would "not" want to live next to for any amount of time, you have to constantly watch over your stuff, the cameras here do not work so they are no help if you get robbed, the only

good thing here is the showers, and usually they are a mess by the Tenants. There are far better more respectable places to park your RV/Trailer, beware of this place. Also I earn a lot of money where I work, as far as Jeremy and Ron go, they are the type of people that will not care, nor be there when problems occur, youre only hope will be the locak constable, just gi e the constable a shout and ask him which rv parks he reccomends, if you ha e a lot of electronics in youre trailer, make sure you have a hell of a security system. Also I paid my rent ahead of time and noone had any problems out of me. I left this review out of respect for anyone that may think its a a great place to live which is what i though, hell brookshires is right there, ut when you leave youre trailer, do you really want to worry about the stuff you have worked...

I will start by saying I have never written one of these reviews before, but feel compelled to now. Worked close to Geronimo Village RV Park so stayed there close to a year. It was incredible! Modern. New. Everything is graveled, so you're never dealing with mug during heavy rain. Laundry room right there: new, large and clean and they were always available. Bathroom is so huge and squeaky clean, with relaxing warm showers, just perfect. Beautiful Lounge area should you desire a need to just get out of your RV for a while. Outdoor Barbecue for cookouts. Grass area for kids to play or walk your dog. All local businesses within walking distance. Management ALWAYS immediately available to go above and beyond any of your needs. I honestly can go on and on. Staying there made me happy to come home everyday! Highly, Highly...
