Joaquin Texas Whataburger. I drove 30 miles round trip to get a new blaze Burger fries onion rings and a root beer. I called out my order three times at the speaker to make sure. When I got to the window when she repeated what I wanted I said yes ma'am that's right when I got my bag though it was entirely different story just a regular double Whataburger which I didn't want . Didn't get fries no onion rings. When I called to tell the lady she acted like she didn't even care didn't even understand why I was upset about the wrong order. I've gotten several orders wrong at this place they need to clean their ears out and listen to people's. Absolutely one of the BEST Whataburger We have ever been too! Great staff, friendly and accommodating! The staff went above and beyond to make my daughters “meatless” Monterey Melt AMAZING! The rest of our order was equally amazing. The food was hot and the veggies were fresh. The veggies were so fresh it was like they just cut them and put them on our burgers. The lettuce was crisp and green. The tomato’s were firm. The shakes were perfect. If I had to make one suggestion it would be just a tad bit more ice in my unsweetened tea. Absolutely the worst Whataburger around. The manager was the one who took my order. She informed me that there would be about a 6 minute wait since they had to cook fresh chicken. I said I was in no rush whatsoever and would prefer fresh food. After 26 minutes this is what they served me. Does anything about this look fresh to you. I was so upset I didn't even ask for a refund. Stay for away from this location. It has been bad for years but has rapidly declined in the recent months.
