DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. I've been to Red Roofs Before, but this was easily the worst experience in both customer service and cleanliness I have ever had at a hotel. It's a Red Roof Inn, I don't expect much except for the company's pet friendly policy and clean bedding, well clean was not what we received. The sheets and bed were all stained and obviously very old. It wasn't just my room, I booked three rooms in total and they all had the same problems. It wasn't just stains, there was obviously some blood on the sheets as well. On top of all of this, we decide to go somewhere else and the person at the front office says they cannot issue us a refund because we have been checked in for over 15 minutes, and not just that, "you have been checked in for over an hour". We had been there for 20 minutes. I do not appreciate being gaslighted into thinking I had been there so long when all I did was bring my luggage upstairs, check-out the room, then come back downstairs. This could have been quick and easy, just give me my refund, but now I'm going to have to go through a dispute or chargeback. Also, I was informed that the owner of the hotel owns "like half the hotels in the area" so you might want to think twice about anything cheap in town. Cherry on top, right as we pulled out of the parking lot, two cop cars came flying down the street into the hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The room smelled like 20 year old smoke. It was damp. There were weird stains on the bedding and pillows. 🤮 We ended up using our camping equipment and slept on top of the beds. Mismatched towels... one of them was brownish in colour because it was so old. Dirty bathroom. Definitely not a great environment for families with kids. Loud music. People yelling. Dogs barking. Basically, it's somewhere to crash if the other hotels are full... which is what happened to us. Just bring your own bedding and towels.

The staff (Raj) was polite, professional, and friendly. The rooms were very clean and well presented. The bathrooms was cleaned well, however they are a touch tight quarters. I will say the light switch has a built in nightlight so you can navigate using it at night without waking up anyone else in the room. Tv came with HBO. A warning in the cold months. The outside stairs are made of wood. Even with them freshly salted I and others almost feel.

I was looking for a motel with a reasonable cost without bringing any unwanted creatures home with me. The front office staff was exceptionally nice and would get you what you needed when asked. The room I was inhadd a walk in shower without any anti-slip straps or any kind of mat down to prevent you from slipping. After reporting to the front desk that I slipped and fell in while taking a shower, maintenance was down in no time with a handful of anti-slip strips. Even though I waited one full day for them to be appropriately affixed and sealed to the floor before taking another shower, three strips still came off right away the next day, which I will report. The bed was comfortable, but a bit hard. Housekeeping service was very poor. The room had no carpet which made for easy cleanup,, however,, i generally walk around barefoot and by the time i went to bed,, the bottoms of my feet were literally black. If i d I'd wear socks, my socks were black on th we bottom before I went to bed. Just goes to show there is no sweeping or mopping done for the guests that stay multiple nights. Add dog hair on top of that and you have a really nice floor to walk on.. I've asked twice now for my linens to be changed, but they never got changed. You're lucky if your trash gets emptied unless you set the can outside your room. Very thin towels and if you want extra you must ask. What I liked is that they did not charge extra for my emotional support dog to be with me. Some guests Ike to play their music late at night which kept me up, but the office was good about handling those situations. And if the guest doesn't cooperate, they would call law enforcement and/or ask them to leave if they don't have the volume at a normal level after 9:00. Not everyone goes to bed at the same time, but some folks forget that. Other than that. It was an okay...

I rate them a zero star not even a one star. My advice would be to take your hard earned money and literally go anywhere else. At this point, I would rather stay at a place with roaches than to have dealt with this experience that I’ve had. My fiancé and I are from out of town. We travel a lot since he is a tower climber. Problem #1 is the fact that my finger touched somebody else’s fecal matter on the tub when I went to go take a shower. I still feel extremely sick to my stomach just speaking about it.!!!! I took pictures and a video!!! As proof!! Problem #2 when moving the shower curtian, found more “DRY” fecal matter. #3 When going to the office NICELY about the issue to see if they would be able to SWITCH our room, we were met with the “head housekeeper” needing to “investigate” our room; only to acting & speak as if she were insinuating it was our fecal matter and that we were just trying to get a free night. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We booked this room for a week 😭💀 Lord let us get a refund to go somewhere safe? Is all I could think when I became inraged because the “head housekeeper” wanted to change her tone to a “nice tone” and say “oh no I’m fixing the issue now” when I asked for a refund after attempting to be as calm as I could. I’m still proud of myself for still keeping calm because I’m beyond raged, I have NEVER EVER experienced anything close to how horrible the experience here at red roof has been, and I’ve only been here a hour & 1/2. To make matters even worse, when calling to speak with the manager or give me the cooperates information to go above the heads of the members on duty, the front desk attendant said I could leave a message with him for the manager. Ahaaa no way! So you can completely dismiss my voice and message?! Wrong customers to treat this way. I won’t give up until I...

Stayed in this hotel in April 2024. Was the worst experience ever. Dirty. Unkempt. Rundown. Unclean. Nasty. Summary; upon arriving 11pm. and entering there was no front desk personnel available to be found after waiting inside for 20 min. Security guard came in. Stated he was security/ desk clerk. And was outside checking on a complaint of a vehicle windshield being vandalized. Room was not available, so we were given a room. After entering room. The bed was not made. Dirty sheets. The room was dirty floors needed to be vacuumed, actually the carpet needed to be replaced. The air did not work. The bathroom was uncleaned the toilet base was cracked an broken. Walls in room were dirty the paint was peeling off the walls. The hallway should have given us the first clue what to expect. Litter trash on hallways floor. The clientele appeared to be homeless. Very undesirables. Weed smell everywhere.needless to say after viewing the room. We did not feel comfortable or safe to remain. So we returned the key. Again no attendant available. We did file a complaint with the booking agency. Pictures were taken of the room. An hallway. After booking agency reached out to hotel owner. We were only reimbursed 10% of our monies. For a 2 night stay we only recied. 13.00 back.. never would I recommend this roach motel. The city an health depth. Needs this hotel condemned. We were told by booking agency this hotel is used fir homeless. I think this info should be shared prior to booking. The pictures you see on website is not what the rooms looks like. Beware. Of false advertising from...
