Taco Bell — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

I ordered three those Dorito tacos and a Mexican pizza with extra meat and when I opened it up right away the tacos were all busted up in the bottoms were like blew out the bottom because they are so soggy they've been sitting like that for a while had to been then the Mexican pizza it looked like they took and dumped greasy meat all over it was oozing out it everywhere so soggy and nasty I didn't even it was gross I've never seen nothing like it and I was working 2nd shift I'm from Kalamazoo so I had to go back to work that night so I figured I'd stop up there on the way to work or at lunch time the next day which I stopped at lunch time the next night then the guy is going to get crappy with me and I had the receipt even and said what do you want me to do I wasn't here and he was supposed to been the manager so long story short I told him I wasn't leaving then he was trying to talk crap and then he realized that I wasn't going to back down total one way or another I'm getting my money but for some reason I don't know what it is I've never had this service quite that bad in Kalamazoo but the Burger King on Pearl Street about the same thing happen got cold ass food I mean cold and then they close so I had to go back the next day which they never gave me a receipt I about had to battle over my money there club back there should have seen them all looking at me they probably thought I was a crazy white boyyyy tonight I'm going to take this crap back tomorrow get back my...

they usually do pretty decent as far as fast food goes, when we ran through at 10 30pm, well before they close, we had a very hard time getting the girl to take our order, there was only 2 other cars there and no one in the lobby, after that when we get the food, there is literally less then a table spoon of beef on our products, the nachos had one chip worth of meat and the quesorito was folded 4 times, it was so thin i could wrap my point and thumb around it, this was not a grill, it was a quesortio. when i called the manager she was dismissive and uninterested, when i told her i wanted a refund she said "hold on" i heard her throw the phone on the counter, and her in the back ground saying " get this dudes name" then had another customer pick up the phone and ask in a very confused tone one what i wanted, she then proceeded to inform me that she wanted me to turn all the way around and get a refund, this should have been taken care of over the phone. when you run a fast food chain with what sounds to be 17 to 18 year olds as managers you get terrible customer service, will not be returning. EDIT: so after eating the food that i paid for, it turns out they couldnt even get the order right, they gave me a griller instead of a quesortio, how do you screw up that badly and over charge...

My mobile order was missing an item, no big deal. Sent my daughter in with my phone because I didn't get a receipt. The manager got an attitude because my daughter went inside, if it was closed then the doors should of been locked. Tells my daughter all my employees always give a receipt, well not this time. Calls my daughter a liar then says go through the drive thru. Im pissed now because i seriously didn't get a damn receipt. I said into the speaker about my item missing, said taco instead of burrito, which the manager cut into the intercom just to correct me. I get to the window and i watch this bigger gentleman toss my food into a bag and shove tons of napkins in the bag also. Looks at me with a smirk, poking his little bird chest out at me. Then just eye balls me with the dirtyest look. I get home open the wrapper and half of my taco is missing the soft shell. I refuse to eat it.
