I will give the customer service there -125, There is a lady there by name Geeta,she should not be in position of helping people period.My First reservation that I made a month ago was for 1 room for one night around $85. I call back like a week and half to add another seperate room for a friend. I also update my staty for 2days.. Now on the day before I will go to MI to the hotel,I call and spoke to a gentleman,who has issue pulling my reservation and also said he was new at the job,but he will ask the manager to call me the next day. But he did not call me back. The next day on may way driving there,I called again and this lady Geeta pick up the phone and her attitude was very rude, She said I have no reservation under my name. I insisted and told her there is a mistake,she said she can't help me. I demanded a phone of the manager,and that was also a fight to get out of her.,bascically her attitude was not trying to help,but make your feel like you are bothering her. She gave me a number and I am pretty sure it was a wrong number,since no one answered and as of now i still never heard back from the message I left on that number. When I got to the hotel which was Friday nite June 28th,she still claimed I have no reservation under my name and just charged me like a stranger just walk in. They charged me for 2 rooms-almost $250,since my friend was on his way there as well. Now I was going to a festival,so I could not start any argument with this lady. The next day she approached me saying you have to pay for today again and I said to her are you sure I am not in the system? There is some issue here. I told her I paid $84 for my room and $96.oo for my othrt friends room for the reservation. Geeta said to me where do you think you are,this hotel dont charge $80 something dollars ever,basically saying I was lying to her.I was so mad and left and went ot my room and use my phone to look for the reservation number in my email address,after searching for a little while,I was able to retrive that number. So I went downstairs to give it to her to pull it up. She waved her hand to me and teling me not to botheer her.This went on for a minute after a little wait she took my phone and entered the number and reservation pull up. Now she saw that I have a reservation and I was speaking the truth. She did not apologise and went on like nothing was wrong. I then ask her why could'nt you pull up my reservation with my name? She will not answer me,her attitude is out of this world,she should not be at that position of dealing with people. I did not get help until the dude came in and who has a little empathy and tried to help me. I also asked the guy why she could not pull my reservation with my name? He said he does not know why. Plus when I called back to update my reservation for 2days,they did not updste it for whatever the reason was. Also when I was checking out the next day,I was at the front desk and many others where behind me waiting to pay and get out,but no one was there to serve us. I waited for about 10mins,the guy who was serving food took the phone and call somewhere and telling her,there is a long line of people ready to check out. we still have to wait for another 5minute or so and then here she comes walking down. A reasonable person will say to all the people waiting,that "I am sorry for your wait and then goes on to check us out" But she did not do any of that. I called back again the next day to check the phone number of the manager,she refuse to comfirm the number and end up hanging the phone on me. This Geeta should not be the face of your hotel,she lack the attitude and communication...

Let me start from the beginning. My husband, my son, and myself arrive at the Clarion inn around 8pm, we decide lets go swimming after this long day. So we get in the pool and about 45min pass were ready to go back to our room. We get ready to dry off and there are no towels, my husband runs to the front desk dripping wet and cold asking for a towel and letting them know that there were about 15 other swimmers/families who needed them as well. They literally told him we can give you three towels but that is it, if anyone else wants one they can come to here. HUH???? So he tells them whatever thanks for my towels thats horrible customer service and comes back to the pool. We get ready to leave and there were all these kids in the pool but no towel. So as we pass the front desk I mention how a lot of people need towels and they told me "If they need towels then they can come to us." I was dumbfounded and told them to do their job right. We leave and go back to our room, I am setting the pull out bed up for my son and I notice we need sheets and a blanket. We also notice that we only had two towels in the room and we needed more. Simple right? HA! So I call the office and ask if there was any way we could get 2-4 extra towels, sheets, and an extra blanket. They literally told me "No cant do that. We would have to pay an extra $6-8 per towel to wash. And you have enough blankets." They actually said this!!!! I mention how I need an extra set for my son...they hung up on me! So my husband calls and said exactly what I did and they said "No we cannot come to room you come here to get the stuff." My husband said I'll be down there now, have it ready, (this was after him arguing over the phone and having to repeat what he wanted for 5min.) So he goes down there and there are three guys just sitting there...my husband mentions he's the one who was just on the phone with and we needed our stuff (no its almost 9:30pm). These guys had the nerve to argue with my husband for 45min about how it costs them money or how were asking for too much. We finally got our stuff by 10:30pm. This was the worst experience we have ever...

but Wednesday the 7th of May I stayed a night there...I love all the workers at the hotel and am always greeted nicely :) well to start I was givin a room that we walked in on someone so the room wasent vacant ...bad start ...so the night went great until the morning when my door was knocked on before 11 for housekeeping...so I hurried up cuz I just got out the shower and told whoever I just needed a few minutes ...so like me and my boyfriend always do ,we sat in my car and chatted for an hr or so .it was probably around 2pm I came back inside because I was gonna get another night but had to use the bathroom...while I was in there my boyfriend was mentioning to the extremely rude lady at the desk who I've never seen before that we had been sent to the wrong room and was grabbing water ...she looked at him and said leave or I'll call the cops ...so mind u, yall just lost money because someone that works there has no idea what she's doing ...so I left and went somewhere else....like I said I come there very often and I'm respectful and cause no problems and always leave a clean room....I'm extremely disappointed i was treated that way considering I'm a member and come there a lot...I'm hoping u can restore my liking of your hotel and maybe compensate me for a free night....my feelings were extremely hurt considering I was coming in to get another night and had the cops called for no reason ...idk who that was but I know one female that works there is extremely nice and this lady was not the same person and rude....hopefully u can talk to her about her customer service ...and whoever is reading this ,if its u, you know u were wrong ...I can't express how much I love your hotel and sad I might not come back :( I just wanna see I'm appreciated for being a good person and great guest...thank u for your time
