Worst experience ever . Filthy place . Mold all over bathroom and place smell like mold. Poorly clean . Dog pop by firepit. We book because on pictures was ok and close to bars but terrible place . They don't wanna even refund the money . That's how the scam the ppl . Book it and later to find out that place is garbage . If you have any health issues Don't stay there because it will get worse. They say free ice but no ice and I wouldn't even take a bag from that . I travel a lot but something like that is terrible.

Great place for one night. The room is great and cosy including a small kitchen - which you don't need because right across the street you get something awesome to eat and drink. We recommend the Islander Inn!

We loved it here! Super clean and lots of room. We even had a full kitchen. Right across the street from the lake and The Raven... a REALLY fun little bar/restaurant on the water with outside seating as well.

I am shaking my head trying to figure out how this Inn received a 2025 Tripadvisor recommendation. I booked 2 nights but we ended up leaving after one night in July of 2025. The pictures look great online but in person -- NOT. The lawn needed a good mowing. The weeds needed to be pulled and you can not see the lake as it shows in the pic. This is a "stay one night" place as you passing through Montana kind of place. It proved that by having the parking lot full at night but by early the next morning -- all the cars except 2 were gone.|| I will say the rooms are clean but need some updates. We stayed in the Baja suite at the end right next to a mini-home/trailer that you can rent also. One of the beds in our room was so high -- a step is needed to get up on it. Why have such a high bed in a motel room?||If you like having no physical contact with anyone - this is the place to stay. We had to ask about the breakfast at the restaurant as we had no info -- just a coupon. The free breakfast was down on the highway at the dive bar (yes, the bartender did call it a "dive bar.") Be careful crossing such a busy highway. The breakfast was average but wait staff was very friendly.||I would not recommend this place unless you are passing through and...

We stayed in the Bali room and it was so cute. Spacious for our group of three - everyone got their own bed (I stayed on the pull-out). Nice amenities - everything we needed and lots of fun little touches. I liked the retro fridge and the little partition wall separating the bedroom area from the tv/couch area /bathroom side. The three of us were sharing a room, but the space felt gently divided. Plus, lots of windows for natural light! |Right in front of the rooms is a picnic/lawn area where one could (if you were me) read a book in the sun, watch a game of cornhole, and later relax around a fire with friends. The little sauna pod is perfect for a steam before a good night's sleep! Our room also had a nice, deep enamel tub if you (like me) wanted to get so relaxed you could just about float away. |The location right next to the lake is perfect as well - waking up and glimpsing the water and the shoreline put me in the vacation mindset. The small, family-owned feel of this place was so refreshing and cozy after too many big, bleak, impersonal hotels and countless views of parking lots and freeway. Wish everywhere I stayed on vacation could be this nice! |I'd love to come back again and visit another island. And, tbh, get in that...

Style was appealing online. Looked forward to relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. The first impression was good - we loved the décor. Moving in, we begin to notice a complete lack of housekeeping standards, especially in the bathroom and sink area. After contacting the manager, he immediately responded by buying us dinner and re-cleaning the room. On our return we were greeted with the still dirty ice bucket, coffee maker and toothpaste splattered mirror.|The seating area outside the office, which was initially appealing because of the lake view, was littered with dozens of cigarette butts, and multiple pairs of shoes, etc. Chairs were broken and plantings overgrown or dead. The was no beach access across the street. We bought some Windex and left a day early. |We are on an extended road trip and this was our first negative experience out of 15 stays. They seem to want to do well but they lack the training to achieve the level of basic...
