I arrived at RJourney March of 2023. Our weekly stay became a monthly residence. We just moved April 2024.

Brittney, Kyle, Sandy, and Michael are amazing people! They work hard, and in unison, striving to make the tenants experience fun and memorable. The park is always clean with grass on all spaces, and trees that will be mature in the future. The pads are concrete and level. Each site has 30/50 amp pedestals, with water and sewer hookups. Each site has a picnic table with premium sites having a fire pit.

Hot tub is open from 10 am to 10 pm (adult time from 8-10 pm). Sunset evenings included finding out what brought someone here, listening to life stories, and future dreams. There’s a gas fire strip, and two propane heaters. The club house has the store with FREE brewed coffee, ping pong, pool, and equipment for the basketball/pickle ball/shuffle board court to check out.

The restrooms have a key code on them. Once inside, be sure to push the button above the door handle to ensure privacy, and unwanted guests from outside, as they have the same code. There’s a blinking red light outside the restroom door indicating it is occupied when you push this button, as well. The showers are large, and open. There’s a shower bench, a hand held shower option, and towel hooks for your convenience. There’s a handicap restroom near the spa as well. Be aware, these shower facilities are very hot in the summers, and bitter cold in the winters.

The laundry facility also has a key code, and is available 24/7. The washers and dryers are ran with an app on your phone. The app is ShinePay, and can be found in the Apple Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). You add money to this app, and scan the QR codes on the machines to work. Washers are $3.50, and dryers are $4.50 for 60 minutes of dry time.

If your app doesn’t seem to be working, be sure your Bluetooth is connected. You may also need to uninstall and reinstall the app as last resort. Please set an alarm on your phone out of consideration for others to use the facility. If quarters are your thing, or you have heavy blankets or sleeping bags, there’s a laundry facility near Fred Meyers. It’s called Laundry Center at 2655 Shasta Way, #4 in Klamath Falls. They are open from 7:30 am - 9 pm, 7 days a week.

The dog park is good sized, and fenced. It’s got nice grass, and some toys are usually left behind to use. The park does have an on leash policy at all times outside the dog park.

This park is near Hwy 97, and train tracks. Some people like the noise, and some don’t. There’s many sites to...

Spent one night at this park. Nice set-up, very close to Hwy 97, train tracks close. When you make your reservation apparently your call goes to a call center handling several locations. Problem #1, the agent really doesn't have a good understanding of the layout. I asked for a long pull thru. We are about 63 feet. We were assigned a 45' foot space. 2. Attempted to call the location manager on her cell phone. Four attempts no answer. 3. Called the call center back and explained we weren't going to fit. I asked for a larger pull thru located across the street. He replied I really cant make that change, plus there is a balance owing. Do I really need to know this information? He suggested I call the onsite manager. 4.I did no answer. I walked back to the main office explained the issue. I also advised her that her phone was not taking calls or she had it off. Seems, she was more interested in handling her personal family and day care in the front office area. She did direct me to the other site. Thank you. The weather was cold and dropping down in to the low 20's the following morning. I attempted to plug in my heated water hose, into the GFCI, it was tripped and would not reset. Another trip to the office, and explained the GFCI needed to be replaced. O, no worries the water goes down at night so the pipe won't freeze. Well why is the heat tape plugged in? Gosh if my water is on all night long then I assume water is in the stand pipe. Clearly didn't care or didn't have a clue.

There is no cable here, just WIFI. If the park was close to being full, not sure the WIFI would be strong enough? It worked kind of for watching a couple of shows, a lot of buffering.

They advertise $40.00 per night, is not really the case, They charge a $20.00 reservation/booking fee. So your $40.00 per night becomes $60.00 plus tax. I understand booking fees, but $20.00 maybe $10.00.

Very disappointed, I believe there are other options in this area. Actually you can park in the Loves fuel station for free. $60.00 bucks in your pocket.

Off my list of...

Update: I contacted the company like they suggested, never received anything back.

For the high price this RV park charges, you would expect a better level of professionalism. One of the maintenance men had a personal vendetta against me, and threw grass clippings all over our site. To do this to a heavily pregnant woman that was alone was extremely uncalled for, and he only had to clean up his mess after I left anyways.

The bathrooms I used throughout my stay were very commonly unkept and dirty. The sink water temperature was cold, and the sinks were installed in a way that each time you use them you constantly get splashed with water. The first day I arrived soap was missing from the dispenser, I reported it to staff, and the last day I left a week later it was still missing. The hot tub was also out of commission, as were the dog poop bag stations half the time.

The sprinkler system went off every day when it wasn't supposed to, and I frequently heard many guests complaining of their belongings being damaged. As an individual who just moved to Oregon, I had a lot of my baby items under my bus while my storage unit was getting ready, and unfortunately things did get damaged. Additionally, it did not rain, so if the sprinklers didn't mistakenly go off daily at random sporadic times, my items would be intact.

One of the managers informed me this wasn't the best place for families. Our neighbor also constantly smoked, and even when I was in my vehicle I couldn't escape it. They have a bias against school buses and made it very obvious in their treatment towards me, so...

We understood, before we booked, that the park was still being completed, but once we arrived, we were very happy with everything they had. From the check-in process to the sites to the comfort stations to the amenities it was an A #1 RV park. We read many of the other reviews, and would like to address some of the comments, as of October 13-15th. *It is just off 97 so there MAY be some road noise. *There is a train track across the highway, so there IS an occasional train noise, but nothing of note. *The trees and landscaping are young, so be patient, shade will arrive in a couple years. We did NOT see a massive tree anywhere on site (thank goodness as it would have obscurred our view of the eclipse). *There are 2 comfort stations, that we saw, and each had 2 large showers with doable water pressure, but we could not figure out the heat controls on the wall. *Dogs here, Dogs there, Dogs everywhere - but we didn't run into poop on the ground nor really heard any barking. Not that the RV park has much to do with how campers control THEIR barking dogs. Now, our one issue was that office was closed on Sunday and we needed to address something with them. Bummer for us!
