I had to arrange some shirts and a sweater for work with our company logo on them. I originally submitted the request through the web submission process but I hadn't hear back so I reached out via phone and the staff was very helpful. My computer had blocked my submission so it was my fault that my request didn't get to them in the first place. But the staff was really nice, helped me determine the problem, gave me an alternate way to communicate, gave me a good/better/best option for the shirts, was quick with our order, the end product was wonderful and professional, they even let us do separate invoices for certain items so two different parties could pay for the order.
