we camped at nason's creek recently, mid June. Unfortunately for us the weather was not warm at all and was actually pretty cold and stormy. The lows were around 40s and the highs were 50s. Bummer because I wanted to get my feet in the creek! We camped at site 44, just across from the creek and we were nearest to the bathrooms. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper but no hand soap. There is a powerful dryer in there. Outlets as well. For 4 people, the campsite was pretty small. We also had three dogs so maybe that was it as well. It would be perfect for a couple and one or two dogs but as far as group camping I would have liked a bigger site, even though the sizes of the sites are not listed. The camp trooper came around making sure we all had our food packed away as there was a bear who had a feast a few campsites down. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the area. It is only 30 ish mins from Leavenworth, so we visited there as well. You are only 10 mins away from lake Wenatchee if you are looking for swimming. You need a discover pass which you can purchase a day pass there at lake Wenatchee if you do not have it. It is not required for nason. I would recommend staying here. We did not experience any mosquitos or bugs. It's a perfect quiet hidden gem. Looking to...

My wife and I went camping here for two days during the week. It is a nice, clean, and quiet campground. The spaces are well arranged and not too close together. They all have a place to park and several options where to put a tent. Some even have room for multiple tents. They all have a picnic table with a spot for a camp stove. They have some next to the creek which makes for beautiful resting spots. It was super hot while we were camping so we spent most of our time in the creek. There are shallow spots where you can wade in or sit, and some deeper spots you can easily swim. The wildlife are fun to watch! Chipmunks, a family of ducks, and some baby fish in the creek. Also was nice to have flushing toilets. The caretakers were out every day making sure things were cleaned and taken care of. People were friendly but not nosey. Everyone respected our privacy and appreciated their own. It's located close enough to places to eat and not too far from Leavenworth. A less expensive option than a hotel in the town. We will be going...

I reserved one campsite for two nights and left after 5 hours. Sadly this was the worst campsite I've stayed at in a long time. I tend to go to bed early so that I can wake up early to hike. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am but they were not informed during my stay. The campsite across from me was extremely loud and up extremely late. At midnight they were still talking loudly, hanging near the campfire, and one member blew up their air mattress at 1203 am. Several of the nearby campers were up past quiet hours, making it very difficult to sleep. I got the sense people come to this campground because camping is their min activity of choice. The sites are VERY close together too. I was in my tent with the rain fly off and my neighbor backed their car into their spot. The car was less than 4 ft from me. A little too close for comfort. The camp hosts were lovely so that was a positive. If you're looking for a quiet campground where people tend to sleep early and wake up early, this is likely not it from my short...

dont bring your infant camping, seriously. nobody wants to hear it crying at all hours of the day. Also the campground hosts have a poor understanding of the usda fire regulations, but will annoy you nonstop about your backpacking stove. There is one ladies toilet for at least twenty campsites.. and people will use the outlets in the bathroom for their extension cords. : ( on the other hand, i did really like my site. good size, level, nice amount of privacy, didn’t get eaten by the cougar. there are some really great sites.. and some terrible ones.
