Mattress Firm Lewiston — Hotel in Lewiston

I am one of those leary people that think well that's a paid advertisement. How can "Kristi Lowry" be that good. 🙄 Well I don't know how she does it (obviously with every customer) but she DOES! And no I didn't read the reviews beforehand. We ran across it while shopping for our daughter's running shoes and hey it was the start of Labor Day weekend so we knew we would get a deal. Had no clue that Kristi existed. (I would have tested her😂🤣).

I am just going to ditto on the other reviews posted to date because it's all true. Besides Kristi, there was two male reps as well. I am horrific with names but they were extremely pleasant and friendly. Just a great time spent amongst friends. That's what they make you feel like. So laid back and no pressure.

This is my first "New" bed purchase, yes I'm 43, but we had not researched what to look for. We saw a mattress firm, it was labor day weekend and we had been sleeping on a make shift bed for 2 weeks, scratch that *not been sleeping so we thought we would see.

I didn't want to waste their time because I knew it would take a while to figure out what we were looking for. But Kristi proudly stated, "That's what we're here for, I can walk you through it". And that she did. Awesome, awesome, awesome service. And she spent so much time getting us within our budget. But she never once tried to get us to compromise on the type or quality. She just kept checking inventories and plugging numbers.

Thank you Kristi, we will definitely be back. And double ditto on Corporate needing to take notice. People could learn from her, her personality and ability to put people at ease is flawless! This is not a paid advertisement. I do not know anyone in Washington **or Idaho. Just check them out if you need a mattress or if you just want to see real quality...

Honestly, there’s a lot of very good mattresses at mattress firm. I bought a mattress that is good. The pillows are excellent. But I wanted to just go in and buy a mattress that feels comfortable, and in my price range. But They made me learn about all the types of mattresses. I asked if I could just browse and they made me only try ones they recommended. Then when I made a decision, ready to hand my money over, they run into a bunch of issues and make me wait there for 1 hour twiddling my thumbs while I wait for them to figure out “system issues.” She kept assuring me she was almost done but that was not the case. After an hour of waiting, finally it was time to pay. I paid $1300 cash. Ready to grab my stuff and go. Nope…. Have to wait another half hour for her to print out some liability form. Then she said she has to go through a checklist of things to tell me. It was pretty much teaching me how to take care of a mattress. I asked if I could just skip this part and get my stuff. She told me I can’t do that. I have to sit and listen to it. So overall, good matress, good pillows. But you should make it easier for someone to come in, and just buy a mattress if they are offering cash. We worked with Kristy at Mattress Firm. She described herself as more of a guide than a salesperson, literally guiding us through the complexities of sleep health and mattress technology. Her professional commitment and depth of knowledge were rather like that of a medical practitioner. She spent several hours with us as we tried out mattresses, explaining the different mattresses in detail. This was a compassionate and concerned person who clearly had a lot of training and experience. Neither my wife or I had ever encountered someone working on a store floor with such qualities. For us, buying a new mattress was a high stakes investment, not so much because of the cost, but because of our sleep and thus our health and quality of life. However, in addition to Kristy’s qualities, it was clear that the Mattress Firm company is committed to their customers: an adequate 120-day return policy, a huge range of mattresses to try and choose from on the floor, great financing, well trained people who seem satisfied in their jobs.
