Copper Kettle Marina — Hotel in Lorain

I have stored and docked my boat at a few different marinas around the country in the past few years, and none of them had the excellent service like that of Copper Kettle. Dominic is an incredible manager! He is always quick to answer or respond to my calls, he is always punctual and I’ve never had to wait for my boat to be taken off the rack and into the water. The prices here are great in general, but the amazing service you receive makes the prices unbeatable. Would and have recommended this marina to many friends and family, and they have shared the same sentiment about this marina...

Beware of this management team. I paid for two months docking and spoke to the manager about canceling the 2nd month. I was told by management that it would be fine and to have it out at the end of the month. I removed my boat at the end of the month but was not reimbursed for the unused 2nd month. I was told that there were no refunds later down the road. If I would have known that I would have used what I paid for. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The Lady that works in the office is never there. Good...

Copper Kettle is an amazing marina! We have had a great experience and our boat extremely well cared for. We have docked/stored at other marinas that were far more expensive and never received a personal touch like that of Dominic. Dominic is the most valuable asset! He always took care of us, called us back immediately, made sure our boat was always on the water on time and assisted with any mechanical issues. ...
