QinFen — Restaurant in Lorain

Honestly I was very unimpressed by the service... however after reading other reviews it would seem that good service only comes to the regulars or the people who get their food delivered. While I was ordering my food I got attitude from the lady taking my order because I wasn't sure of what I wanted immediately and then she proceeded to text on her phone the entire time and even put her phone as the priority instead of me, the customer. All the while the food was only okay. However, the okay food was a nice compliment to all the dirty tables, it looked as though none of the tables were even wiped off in a week. This place has been our go- to Chinese food place for a while. Our last experience there was , shall we say, less than desirable. The woman in the kitchen/ counter/ phone answerer that she never answered was rude and impatient when we ordered. The lobby is a mess and had a funny smell to it which makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I had Roast pork egg foo young which was literally dripping with grease. The pork fried rice was extremely dry, like it was made from three day old rice. She was obviously working alone, except for the kids running around the closed off dining room. Food was very good. The lady working seemed very hassled. Had her children crying in the back.
