Budget Motel — Hotel in Los Angeles

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Let’s start with the customer service, horrible, they always got attitudes and will threaten to kick you out when they know they in the wrong. If you dirty their towels (which is completely normal😒)they won’t give you any new towels the maid states she will get in trouble with the manager if she gives us new towels and instead states oh I have to clean your dirty towels and give them back to you and doesn’t do that either. And then their daily cleaning sucks I don’t see what they do when they go in my room because it be looking dirtier after they left vs. before they even came in the room. And you think you the only one renting the motel aaahhhhh aahhhhh aaahhhhhhh you got the cousins of roaches and spiders enjoying the stay with you. If you wake up in the middle of the night to turn on the light all the roaches stop in they tracks and then starting scattering around running for they lives, these roaches are comfortable living in these motels so with that being said good luck enjoying...

This is one of those places where you only stay if you have no other choice. Staff was difficult to understand through the glass. We did have two vehicles and, thankfully, they didn't have either towed. The room was a bit disgusting. It has that odor that cheap motels typically have. The bed had stains below the sheets. One of the pillows was stained. We did go ask for more pillows and blankets and thankfully we recieved those. The sheets did also have a bad smell to them. It made you question the cleanliness of the place. Room only came with a soap and 1 large towel. Unfortunately when requesting for more we did not receive these. On a positive note the bath had hot water. I would definitely not recommend this place. One of those emergency stay places... don't stay by choice. There are other nicer places for the same...

If I could give a big fat 0 stars I would The light in our room is filled with bugs beds box spread is gross holes in the comforter rooms needs a fresh paint job hardly any light in the bathroom they tried to say all of our days were canceled by our agent 4 out of the 5 till I started called the agent the conveniently they found them on file they were trying to make us pay again for 4 days the head board is screwed to the wall you can see the screws the first 2 days no maid came the next day we only got new towels the next the garbage was dumped and bed was made that’s it I’m sure there is more...
