Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Some of the drive thru employees don't know what they're doing. Drive thu makes a lot of mistakes when it comes to people's orders. Hardly if ever get my receipt in the mornings usually a lot of female workers. Food is great, love jack. Overall Service could be way better. Afternoons get packed with kids with no common courtesy, they usually get removed after a certain amount of time. Lot of homeless people asking for money, but that's just how it is in poor area's. Bathrooms are for costumer use, which has a higher chance of keeping the restrooms clean and usable for the next person. They usually say no to bathroom use if you're known within the workers. Or if the workers don't like your attitude. The cooks don't know how to MAKE A BURRITO. They really just make a tortilla and sell it to you as a burrito😂😂🍴 Some of the employees give attitude back to the costomers when they are confronted. Manager is frendly to all long time costumers, could be better at managing her staff. This jack has a few problems with fruit flies and every now and then gets soda spills on the floor. The longest wait for clean up was 10 minutes because drive thu was packed. Drive thru is their #1 priority and they will do anything to keep their timer down Even if it's the wrong order, missing items, no receipt, or occasional attitude. The bullet proof glass is for the "protection of the staff", but is unattractive and hard to hear through. I work here and personally don't like it mostly because of how chummy the workers are with the manager. I guess here the most important thing besides drive thru is...

THIS PLACE FIRST OFF IS TERRIBLE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE!!! THERE IS NONE. EMPLOYEES ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE NASTY FUNKY ATTITUDES!!! EVERY TIME I COME HERE THERE'S A PROBLEM. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! THEY NEVER..... GET YOUR ORDER CORRECT AND WHEN YOU HAVE TO COME BACK BECAUSE SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT WITH YOUR ORDER THEY ACT AS IF IT'S YOUR FAULT. IT NEVER FAILS EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS PARTICULAR JACK N THE BOX MY EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE. THEY NEED TO HAVE A REAL SUPERVISOR ON EVERY SHIFT. I HAD TO COME BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE TO HAVE MY FOOD REDONE AND THE GIRL INSIDE TOLD ME SHE WASN'T GOING TO REDO MY FOOD OVER BECAUSE THERE WAS A LINE WOW. AS IF IT'S MY FAULT MY ORDER WASN'T RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHY DID I HAVE TO COME BACK??? AND NOTHING WAS FIXED. YES I RECEIVED A REFUND BUT THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE. THE PRINCIPAL IS THE WAY THIS EMPLOYEE DIDN'T WANT TO DO HER JOB!! DIDN'T FIX MY FOOD EITHER DUE TO THEIR FOUL UP!!! AND DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION FOR THE STORE MANAGER. THIS EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED AND EVERY EMPLOYEE THEIR NEEDS TO UNDERGO A CLASS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'M A NURSE AND MY MANGER WILL EXCUSE ME OF MY DUTIES IF THIS WERE TO HAPPEN IN MY PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS JACK N THE BOX AND ANYONE THAT'S HAD A SIMULAR PROBLEM SHOULD STAY AWAY!!!! I'M NOT PAYING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE TREATED WITHOUT DIGNITY BY THIS EMPLOYEE. I visit this location at least 3 times a week simply because it is walking distance, and economical. A few things need to be corrected before receiving 5 - stars. Certain order takers aren't as friendly, receptive to customer service especially when during rush hour. Sometimes the customer is wrong, but when they aren't, there should be some type of offer to any customer waiting longer than expected. Sorry will not suffice. Never argue with any customer. The dining area is usually messy, dirty. The exterior, bushes is sometimes littered with trash. Lastly, the napkins ought to be folded and placed inside the bag opposed to being balled-up and shoved. The bag should also be folded to maintain freshness and heat of the food, not left open. That really disturbs me. Again, I will continue to visit, but these things must be addressed and taken care of as soon...
