Monster Burger #3 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

They are so generous and just one word, Awesome people, I live far away in Encino, but we have a business on the Slauson, since I found this place, I'm here more than four times a week. I was there on Wednesday and i told the cashiers Lady, that am a regular customer and love your food , And he offered me a free burger for tomorrow which was very nice of her , However I came back next day to order some food and I just remembered the nice offer , same Lady wasn't there and also was different chef. When I explained the little story to current chef , he says I have no clue, but I will give you a free burger and actually I wasn't there only for free burger, but I love their generosity and their food is immaculate. One of the best burger ever...

I order a red snapper dinner the fish was overcooked and they told me 15 minutes it turned into almost 35 mins. The two Latino Men were very rude they don't know what they are doing need to be fired ASAP this is not the first time this is the second time. They were discriminating against me. And one of them tried to cuss me out in Spanish that's not cool at all. I paid almost 11 dollars and I want a refund. I will never come back to this place.
