I called to see if they had available rooms for the night and asked for the price since there was also a hotel next door with availabilities and wanted to compare. Price was cheaper than next door (crazy expensive for this room tho!) so we went here. When I went to check in, the price magically went up $13 higher than they said on the phone less than 10 minutes ago, so I was already annoyed. They didn't give me a receipt or paperwork, so I had to ask for it, and the man checking us in seemed annoyed by this. The room was TERRIBLE especially since we paid $193 FOR ONE NIGHT. When we walked into the room, it smelled terrible. The room was dirty, and the AC didn't really work, so the room was hot all night. The blankets (more like sheets) were super thin and smelled really gross, but luckily, we didn't need them since the room was so hot! The walls had dirt all over them, and fixtures were broken and missing parts. The towels and bathroom floor had long black hairs all over. The shower had mold in it. There was even a hole in the floor by the door?! The area was super sketchy, and a lot of police activity all night long. We will never be staying here again.

VERY VERY VERY CLEAN on the inside and outside. Even the lobby smelled good, people were nice that work there at desk and after hours, no shady business. Not like a typical motel 6 in terms of design OR pride in upkeep or employees/owners that prove they should not work in a customer service position which was even better. It costs more than other motel 6 locations, BUT free wifi, refrigerator, microwave and SUPER CLEAN with no weirdos lingering around the property is truly a plus. I felt safe with my car and myself. Questionable neighborhood nearby in one direction, so the unique pretty building isn't expected, but overall...it suited my needs and I can't find any reason to complain.

The neighborhood has gone downhill quickly. I grew up and lived here for 25 years. This was the first time I felt unsafe. For the cost of the room, we got a dirty room with bugs and a broken mirror. Breakfast was served in the parking lot for some reason. The bathtub wouldn’t hold water for a bath. The staff was helpful and that’s the only nice thing I can say.

I booked a month in advance and still I did not get my room I booked: which was a handicap room that I needed. It turned out that a family had moved into that room 1-2 weeks before my arrival and paid for the entire month and refused to leave. And I was not told about that at all or that they would be staying the entire month. Two days after face to face conversation with the manager, I was being promised my room when in fact they paid for another night, each night I was there. I was told I was to be moved into the room I originally reserved, then I wasn't. I was assured I'd have my room. I spent the whole time in a regular room with a broken fridge a sink that only ran cold cold water and the inability to take a shower without breaking my neck. Try taking a cold wet towel bath because you can't get into the shower and your sink only runs cold water. I also had a hard time each and every time I went to the bathroom as a handicapped woman I need grab bars to be able to get up in off of the toilet. I do not understand how I can book a room a month in advance and find out that it is taken and be moved and feel so I had no choice but to just take that. I was at a loss. The fridge also turned everything into a slushy because it was too cold. I went my whole trip without a shower because I was unable to leave said room for something better; my handicapped room that I needed and requested because as a handicapped woman. I need a grab bar and even with a shower chair in place over the tub the chair rocked back-and-forth and was not safe for me to use. I do not have the ability to use the tub as a normal person would but being handicapped I cannot lift my body down to the bottom of the tub and lift myself up out of the tub when I'm finished. I am very displeased as Motel 6 is one of my favorite chains and I stay there quite frequently, but this makes me think of going to another hotel chain because my safety was not a main concern of your manager at that hotel establishment. He was even agitated with me that I requested these things when in writing I had requested them one month prior. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay and I feel the contract between myself and motel 6 was not honored. I was promised a handicap room that was smoking with a chair for the handicapped shower. I needed those things as I'm a extremely handicapped Woman I needed those things, things I did not get my whole stay. I could not even shower. I am highly dissatisfied...

I was housed here by HOPE OF THE VALLEY, during the past year. Awaiting permanent housing.I just recently was housed. My 16 year old dog&myself. I'm 60 years old. I had to recently take my dog/best friend to the vet due to a chronic horrible cough. About 4 months ago, I myself had to be seen at the ER for a bad persistent cough. I was diagnosed with a 5cm bulge on my lung & they thought it to be pneumonia. I thought it to be possible black mold exposure. My friend beneath me did a black mold test & it came back positive!! Which explains my dogs chronic cough, heavy breathing, diarrhea, and other symptoms. My symptoms are all spot on the definition for black mold exposure. On my way to ER to get checked out completely. If this is as bad as it seems, Im afraid me and my doggie are going to die. This is no laughing matter. There's been numerous cases of pneumonia there right after I was diagnosed! Strange to say the least. I am grateful I am finally housed, but not at this cost. My dog is my everything. Without him, I'd be nothing. Prayers for us...
