Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

For a chain franchise to earn 4 stars is tough. For a pizza shop, it's impossible. That being said, this is the best cookie cutter pie of any of LCP I've patronized. Problems with being able to customize their bigger better on their website (I have to call in my orders because I prefer light sauce on my pies so I can taste the cheese, which actually costs more because it's custom), lengthy delays beyond the 15 minutes they quote you, surly staff (I once had an employee going on his break cut in front of me to pay for a soda on his way out, which you can blame as much on the cashier as the employee. Yet another time I saw a cook not even old enough to drink come out and step to a loud mouth customer who'd had enough waiting and began to berate the cashier. Although his mama would have been proud of him, his unavailable manager would have probably had a conniption hearing the words being exchanged). But all that being said, if I want a fast piece of pie, (and if I have the time, lol) I'd gladly go a little further out of my way to hit this shop up. This is 4 star pizza disguised as 3 star pizza because...

I ordered the crazy puff because of buy 1 get 1 free offer from T-Mobile. I expected something more. It is nothing but a tart like book with some piece with one single piece of pepperoni on top. It’s 85 % dough and really nothing that I will order again. The piece of puff costs $1.00 each .

On the other hand, the guy who took the order was very helpful. He helped me use the T Mobile App coupon and placed the other. The wait time for my order was 25 minutes . It is too long. The parking lot is small . I went at 1:40 pm so I found a parking space. I can’t image what it would be like at 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Outstanding service. Poor parking. Not so nice Atmosphere either because the room is small. If there are 6 people , which would be uncomfortable crowded, the 7th will be waiting in the street. Also, no petition between the kitchen and the waiting area so it can be quite hot .

But don’t let me discourage you. At least give it a try and...

Went back recently.....all our pizza puffs still had RAW DOUGH!!!!!!! IM SO SICK OF THE RUDE EMPLOYEES AND UNDERCOOKED FOOD. THEY GIVE SUCH A HARD TIME ON REMAKING THE FOOD OR REFUNDING IM PISSED. THIS PLACE IS SO BAD TRAIN BETTER!!!!

IM FED UP. This location rarely has your mobile order ready. I waited in store 30mins AFTER my pick up time and they didn't have the complete order. No compensation offered either ...no drink...nothing. I was told wait EVEN LONGER or get a refund. My kids are waiting at home....I just got off work....is this a joke?!?! It's one thing if you're busy....its another when I'm Literally watching you hand out items in my order to people walking in. They don't even put tht much pepperoni on the "extra best" w/e pizza. Now the food I had gotten for myself is bad and cold due to the extended 30 min wait. So thanks for wasting my time AND my money. It took 50mins to get my mobile order while others just walked...
