Pine Lodge Motel & Rentals — Hotel in Madison

I have a friend who lives here and I go to visit him every week. He's disabled but can still get around.. the lady who is his landlord doesn't exactly seem to care that there should be assistance for making it easier and safer for him by putting in grab bars in his tiny bathroom and redoing the entrance to his apt like making it a ramp instead of a step up.. He's lived there for over 10+years and pays his rent and I thought that there was mandated requirements for disabled and senior tenants or anyone else who rents a room,even if it's only for 1...

Pine Lodge Motel is a family-owned facility - same family for the last 40 years. The owners are very diligent about keeping this a law-abiding place where anyone can feel safe and enjoy their visit. The prior review that states that it is "2 steps above a crack house" is completely unfair and untrue. While it is an older motel, it is very clean, safe and located close to restaurants, shopping, and other favorite tourist attractions, and the cost is lower than most of the larger chain...
