Americas Best Value Inn Malvern — Hotel in Malvern

They keep deleting my review! But they cannot delete it from everywhere. I have also made sure that I made a complaint with the better business bureau as well. I booked a crew two rooms for a full week upon checking in and getting into the rooms I immediately received pictures from the guys staying in the rooms. Standing water in the tub, No handles on the bathroom doors, holes in the wall of the tub/walls, etc. I immediately called and told the lady at the desk the issues that they were having They tried to accommodate by switching them rooms in which they were a little happier with. So instead of checking out and switching hotels they decided to stay. I will give them that. They checked out in the office at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning but we were charged for the full week. Since yesterday was a holiday I did not call yesterday as I was not working. Upon calling today They said that nobody ever checked out even though the guy went in the office handed them the keys and talked to them and received the "receipt" and talked to the person and told them that the checkout date was wrong on the receipt. They were told that they would have to deal with the travel agency. They had a whole conversation with the person at the desk but the man that answered the phone refuses to talk to me and said that they did not talk to anybody and that we will be charged the whole stay. It is sad that men that are working during this essential time away from their families have to sleep in a place like this that is run like this. I have had this hotel removed from our corporate travel site so I don't have to worry about any of my crews ever having to deal...

Do not stay here. I booked this hotel online. It was the last thing available because of the St. Patrick's Day parade in Hot Springs. I would've left and went to any other hotel nearby if any other place had an open room. The door to our room would not open. We asked the staff to help us three different times before we were helped. The door was never repaired. A staff member told us that the door was tricky to open and we just weren't doing it right. One of the lady staff members was very apologetic and tried to be helpful. Another lady staff member was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. While we sat outside of our room waiting for someone to figure out how to open it, we met other hotel guests who were also waiting outside of their room because the toilet in their room wasn't working when they arrived. Yes this place is affordable, but for a reason. Breakfast selection is small. Rooms badly need updating. There were multiple lighting fixtures in our room that were not plugged in and did not have any available outlet to be plugged into. the price would have been ok but when i got there they made me wait till 2pm then only 2 cups of coffee in the room for 4 adults the frig didnt work the coffee pot didnt work the toilet was not bolted down it moved around with you when you used it no blanket or spread on the bed just a sheet that was it the front desk was very rude then we had to have the manager to come to our room to help out with tv and he was holding hid nose and shaking his head waving his hand in front of his nose like someone stunk there was black mold in the bathroom i travel all the time and the thing is i have stayed with this chain before asnd i have never seen a motel as bad as this and the room had water all over the little desk thing where the coffee pot sets and they had breakfsst but you had to pay a extra 10 dollars if you got that it didnt come with your room like it said on line the things they say on line are just lies like they said they had room service no they dont they only give you 2 towels in the room and that is it now come on how is 4 adults going to shower and clean up with 2 towels and itched all night long just a over all bad...
