Run away. Run as far away as possible and run as fast as you possibly can. This place is something special...... and NOT in a good way.
Do you like having raw sewage backed up into your RV? This is the place for you!!
Maybe you're not into having it IN your RV, but prefer it to SURROUND your RV instead.... this is STILL the place for you!! Spot 63 specifically.
Do you enjoy human feces overflowing from the "closed off spots" and nobody doing anything about it? They just move you to a different spot away from the sewage soaked ground and raise your rent instead..... This is DEFINITELY the place for you!
Do you like finding used syringes every time you step outside? Or the junkies sleeping in the laundry room? This is the place for you!!
Don't put up cameras, someone WILL steal them. Don't leave anything outside, it WILL disappear.
You get the point.
If you value your belongings, personal well-being, money and overall quality of life, PLEASE find somewhere else to call home.
There's a reason they're kicking residents out..... managements lack of maintenance and refusal to update their infrastructure has finally caught up to them and they're being forced (by the City of Mesa) to fix their issues.
UPDATE: I initially turned down relocation to an "unaffected area" because in order for me to relocate, your company required me to switch all utilities into my name, pay $150 "admin fee", pay $150 "utilities deposit", sign a long term lease AND you raised my monthly rent $150 despite the lot being smaller than the one I moved from... all that to move my RV 200 feet across the street and park it next to the condemned trailer full of squatters. Yeah, you REALLY did me a...
Read moreLooked here for a RV LOT for Monthly rental. Talked with Julie and submitted everything needed for a RV SPACE. Was suprised that I even had to do this just for a RV SPACE. I would understand if it was an apartment. Usually you just pay your fees and let them know your length of stay. Julie contacted management first to see if I should even submit an application and pay the $40 per applicant fee if in case I didnt qualify. After reviewing everything I agreed to follow thru with the process ...cause of course I needed a Lot for my travel trailer. After submitting it she told me it would be 24 to 48 hours before I would know. Left me to look for a rv space again. By 445 pm I called Julie only to hear I was not approved. So after 2 days of communication and paying $80 dollars and still no RV lot to stay at. I would diffently NOT ADVISE you to go thru any anything with this place. They should know before hand if someone would qualify or Not. I could've had a nice stay with KOA...
Read moreThis is the nicest mobile home/RV park we’ve been to so far. My husband is a travel nurse. We have a 38’ travel trailer, and it fits with space to spare. We have a concrete patio, and we park our Dodge Ram next to it. We still have plenty of space to take our dogs out to potty in front of our trailer. The concrete patio is definitely a nice touch, and we are glad to have full hookups again! The grounds are kept pretty clean from what I’ve seen so far. Our lot is more spacious than the last mobile home/RV park we stayed at. We have quite a bit of space left between us and the mobile home next to us after we’ve put our awning out. I haven’t met the ladies who work here yet, but they’ve been really friendly on the phone. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, too. They do require a lot of information to get approved here, but I feel it is the main reason it’s so nice here. I’ll eventually upload pictures to...
