In town for a wedding. The room was exceptionally dirty, from dusty vents, drink circles on night stands to blood on the bathroom floor leading into the room. Definitely not cleaned since the last guest or possible drug use in that room???? The possibilities play like a mini series....should I go on? I'm no picky Niki but that's gross and makes you think twice about the sheets and bedding. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk and they took care of it while we left. However it shouldnt have happened to begin with. The pool is cloudy and dirty towels litter the area, that's a no go as well. The topping to this stay was the billing. Taxes were not taken off and although it was supposed to be billed as wedding discount for the group that came.....ours was not. So bow we play phone tag and refund game until it's cleared. The good in all this was the breakfast...it wasn't bad and you have a variety to choose from however be prepared to clean the tables off yourself. Am I being a bit harsh? No, I'm being honest and would expect this company to do right.

This Hampton Inn is the very worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in! We were staying multiple nights to visit family in the area. First, we found bedbugs!! 😱 The hotel staff responded to that with, “Okay.” Secondly, the toilets they have are very low water usage, and do not flush “things” completely away!! 💩😨 Despite repeated attempts to flush. The housekeeper did nothing about that, even though it was unsightly, and extremely disgusting and unsanitary. We left early. The front desk staff did not even make eye contact with us as we calmly and as politely as possible, notified him of our complaints. He made no effort to apologize or to even address our concerns in any way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! A longtime Hilton customer and member. Beware. Elizabeth Wagner, Lexington, KY

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The horn was beautifully decorated with vibrant colors. The hotel was very clean and the rooms don't feel like hotel rooms at all, more like an oversized bedroom. The rooms were very pretty and the high ceilings make them feel even bigger. We forgot a razor and shaving cream, but thankfully they have all of your forgotten toiletries at the front desk. The pool water was crystal clear, but being the middle of winter, I think the pool could've been a little warmer. We only stayed in about 15 minutes because we were getting cold. They had some kind of return in the wall that makes the pool room very chilly and drafty once you're wet. The only other complaint I have is that the bed was really hard, and the pillows were worn out and broke down.

TL;DR -- I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Miami, and I would absolutely stay here again if I return.

I stayed at the Hampton for a full month (!!!), and had absolutely no major issues. The staff was courteous and were incredibly helpful throughout the month. Because of COVID-19, they were unable to enter the room to clean during my stay. Obviously not ideal, but I appreciate that they were making decisions on how to best make the health of their guests (and their staff!) their first priority. Thankfully, I'm a fairly tidy person, so this wasn't an issue for me. I believe that towards the end of my stay they were beginning to clean on request of the guest, but I'm not certain.

But since most people won't be there on an extended stay like I was... I found the room perfectly clean when I checked in. Clean sheets and towels, no weird stains, no bugs, etc.

I didn't use the pool, but it seemed well-kept. I noticed several guests using it, particularly those with children. It also appeared to be accessible for those in a wheelchair. The fitness center has basic equipment (2 treadmills, 1 stationary bike, 1 elliptical, dumbbells, and an exercise ball), and while space was limited, I found that it was sufficient for my workouts. They have wipes available to clean equipment.

I had issues with the business center printer, but the front desk staff was helpful and actually let me use the computer at the front desk to print off a document that I needed for the next day. SO GRATEFUL!

Breakfast was disappointing due to COVID-19 precautions, but the hotel did provide a to-go back with a water bottle and granola bars. I ended up purchasing breakfasts to make in my room. However, by the time I checked out of the hotel, it seemed that they were beginning to provide more items such as fruit and individually-wrapped bagels. I'm sure if the situation had been different, it would have been a solid...

We had previously had great experiences at Hampton Inn sites and therefore decided to always stay at Hampton/Hilton locations becoming Hilton Honors members. Since we did, we have had 2 bad experiences in a row. We stayed at Hampton Inn Miami Oklahoma location arriving Saturday, May 25 and stayed until Monday, May 27. When I came down to the Breakfast area Sunday morning every table was dirty. I wanted cereal, but there was also no milk available. A female teenager came into the area and took 4 yogurts. I assumed she was a guest until she took the yogurts into the kitchen area. After approximately 15 minutes 2 different families with 6 young children between them came in looking for milk (that was still empty) for cereal also. I went to the doorway of the kitchen area to ask for milk. The girl with the 4 yogurts said she didn't work there. There was no one else in the kitchen area. My fiancé went and found an employee and asked for milk. At this time, we left the hotel to go across town for coffee. The Manager on Duty, Matt was at the front desk on his phone. We were gone approximately 30 minutes. I returned to the breakfast area to get cereal. Still no milk. Still every table was dirty and Matt still on his phone at the desk. I did approach Matt and ask if there was anyone to clean the tables as this was the 2nd time I'd been to the area and every table was dirty. Matt went and cleaned 2 tables. Monday morning was much better. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, the tables were clean and there was a young lady there doing a great job. Our room was clean, other staff that I interacted with were helpful, but I will never stay at this Hampton...

I travel for work and stay Hilton mostly. My job takes me to small towns across the country. This hotel in Miami (pronounced Miama) is the closest Hilton hotel for many miles. The location has had a semi-recent update so the rooms look nice and the staff does an excellent job making sure the rooms smell great. Breakfast was yummy. Here were my issues though: -on morning 1, I left my room at 6:15 to check out breakfast and could not get back in my room. Three separate employees helped out. They attempted to dismantle the entire door mechanism with no luck so after an hour, finally just busted the door in. Needless to say-late for work. Staff was very apologetic. They tried to change my room unsuccessfully due to major disorganization and lack of staff. -once my room was moved, then no hot water the next morning. There’s hot water coming from the bathroom sink but not the tub -staff is kind for the most part. The people trying to help with my room were great. However, my husband did not feel the same. Felt the staff was rude. I can say for sure the young lady that works early in the morning, dark brown hair, lots of makeup and very pretty was NOT kind. Very dry and just down right unkind. -lots of noises in general during sleeping. Air conditioner cutting on and off loudly. I hate to leave this review. For the most part it was decent I suppose. And for the majority of the staff, they are just doing the best they can. This is the only decent hotel in more than 30 miles. I will stay again if I have to due to lack of...
