Me and my wife were treated pretty badly. Used to love this place when we were in Miami. Had a machine malfunction (first time we have ever seen it.) It did not pay when it was supposed to on a win. It states on the machine that malfunction voids pays and play's. All we were asking for then was the amount back that was bet on that spin since it was voided. Only .80 cents... They would not return it. The manager on duty could not reach anyone via phone and the lady in the cage treated us like the money was coming from her pocket. Very grouchy. They really need to update their free play systems on the casino games because when I went to get my birthday play I had to match five points to get five dollars. then after spending $25 I find out that I'm playing on the only machine in the casino that does not honor free play. then a few days ago when I went with my boyfriend he spent $20 and was misinformed as well about his free play so we wasted a lot of money there without gaining a dime. I absolutely love the place best in 4 states area hands down!
