I have been purchasing my cigarettes here every week for about 15 years. I have changed brands and don't go to this location (Miami) any more due to the rudeness of 1 employee. I made the mistake of making a comment to her one day that I saw her at Walmart and after that she made the comment that I was "Stalking" her. I have had lousy service ever since. I now go to Neosho, Missouri to purchase a different brand of cigarettes. I hate that because I smoke about 50 cartons a year and they have lost business due to this one employee. Also, since I work for a home health agency and I have to pick up cigarettes for my clients, I now get their cigarettes at a different location, so in total they lost 4 customers with a loss of over 100...

The woman was very nice and friendly, I've only ran into one young tall woman that wasn't. It was on a Sunday and her boyfriend or husband came in to see her and she paid more attention to him than helping me as a customer. But the rest has been friendly, I drive all the way from Chelsea to get a better bargain on cigs. All smoke shops should be at a cheaper price for customers like you all...

What a great place to get your cigarettes and my husbands chew. We just left there and then we noticed I got 100’s instead of shorts. They are going to swap for the right ones. The girls were so sweet for doing that for me. And did it make me upset, absolutely not!!! Mistakes happen and they were so glad to make it right. This world needs more employees like...
