Upon delivery had issues with missing parts and store wouldn’t help when I called. Called 800 number and they said no representatives on phone. Have to submit online inquiry. Submitted online inquiry and never heard back. Delivery guys called 5 min after leaving from setting up and found a power cord on truck. Now 4 months later the bed is broken. 07/21/2022 update to original review: Store manage contacted me via online review and text message. I got back to him and he looked up my purchase. I bought a "used" platform. It has zero warranty but he was still willing to work with me. He got me a replacement of equal to my original purchase and allowed me to purchase a 3 year warranty. They delivered the new platform very quickly! The delivery guys removed the defective platform and set up the new one. Very good experience. Do not buy anything from here that is refurbished/returned/used. If you are tempted (because you like the discounts), buy an extended warranty. I was informed because they have it in stock at their wearhouse, she could take $300 off if I purchased today. Ashley furniture had the exact same mattress for $549.00 advertised price. When I inquired about the price variance, the sales associate told me they would match the price. My issue with mattress firm is they were willing to take $1,200 from me, but have the flexibility to reduce the price to $549 (only because I showed documentation of a reduced price). By doing so they acknowledged that they were willing to rip off a customer, and thus I will never step foot into mattress firm again. Read moreDecided to go with a Tempur-pedic bed, picked out the Ergo base and mattress instead of waiting like was originally planned. Told the manager that I wasn't interested in financing the bed, that I would rather get a check from my bank and told him when I would return. When I got there, I was told they would have to wait 10 business days before they could order the bed to wait for the check to clear. No one told me this before. Now the money has already been taken from my account and I still have to wait before the bed could be ordered. Brandon has been great with trying to help but he can only do so much.
