I’ve only shopped here once & will never return. I came here b/c online people said you can find Ed Hardy clothes. Went at the end of Nov. & snagged a couple of their items. Gifted them to my kid for Christmas & she didn’t like the fit. Went in today to return the items - the cashier, Salma, refused to take back the pants stating the receipt & tag match, but the description didn’t because it said pants were 33 & the pants were a 24. Told her idk why & that’s how I bought them. She accused me/customers of swamping tags for items & insinuated I tried doing that. I advised I didn’t & to return them cause it sounds like an issue with employees putting the wrong tags on the item & since everything else matched then there should be no issue. This argument went on for 3 minutes & said I should have returned the items 3 days after buying so they could check the cameras! Ultimately, she returned them & stated again customers do that. Made no sense. She then proceeds to tell me I can only get store credit because of a 3 day return & starts to read the back of the receipt, which says 30 days. I had to advise her the receipt clearly stated purchases made 11/1-12/26 are returnable until 1/26/25. She then refunded my card. Salma really needs training on customer service, being biased, insulting, & thieving because they were trying to steal from me & the nerve to act like merchandise credit was the only option. Made me wonder how many other people Salma has done this...
Read moreMy mother recently shopped there for more than a few things. My mother should’ve gotten three bags, but only left with two without realization due to my little sister acting out. The lady behind the counter put our third bag behind the counter by her feet, and did not hand the bag to my mom. My mom had only just realized that she didn’t have her third bag full of clothes until she had gotten home. My mom drove all the way back and told them. They denied it and kept saying “you do have it” and “did you check your car” “are you sure”. They checked the cameras and obviously saw the lady behind the counter out the bag behind her feet and not hand it over. We did get out money back, but what we’re disappointed about is that our bag was given to someone else for FREE, and we ended up not getting our third bag. We’d much rather get our bag of clothes than our money back. I’d just like to say that I was not pleased by the employee’s behavior, and I am ashamed I shopped there. Please check that out and see what they was about. I hope this doesn’t happen again. We found a lot of clothes that we liked that we won’t have a chance to...
Read moreI tell you what, this place is amazing! I discovered Ross a couple years ago and haven’t looked back. I’ve save so much on clothing, shoes and SOCKS!! The stores are sectioned off well, Men’s, Women’s, Kids, etc. but each of those sections are pretty messy and unorganized if you go late in the day. This is absolutely NO fault of the employees! It’s the customers who could care less and have absolutely no respect for anyone but themselves. They throw items on the floor, don’t rehang clothing, and just throw stuff where ever. It’s sad. BUT, if you focus and take your time, I guarantee you will find something! My wife and I travel a lot, and the first thing I do is see where the closest Ross is from our hotel or Air BnB! A huge Thank You goes out to the employees at Ross for putting up with the customers that have zero respect for the store. I personally appreciate all of your hard...
