ZERO STARS-worst service ever! Planned a get together with my out of state family and decided on renting 2 cabins at Anderson camp. I should have read the reviews before booking. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how awful our experience was. We paid $80 a night per cabin, plus a $25 refundable remote fee. When we called to book the cabins the person we talked to said it was private and that the spaces were apart so that we would have privacy but we were surrounded by RV spots. The pictures online are very misleading! On the site map it shows the cabins next to a stream with the doors facing the stream but that is not the case. The doors and the porch face the longterm RV spots which was not a nice view or private at all. The cabins were so HOT inside it was like sleeping in Hell! Even tho there are 2 fans and windows you can open, it was so miserable, even at night! At 9pm I went to wash my hands in the sink inside the cabin and the sink started backing up. I found a plunger in the bathroom and when I tried using it in the sink a bunch of old stagnant, stinky, slimy and moldy water came up and you could tell it has been plugged up for a while. I had to call the after hours number and spoke to some lady who told me she would send the maintenance man over. About 20 min later he shows up stumbing all over the place, slurring his words and stinking like alcohol. He had the nerve to ask us "what we put down the sink" I told him we did not put anything down the sink and that obviously the sink had been plugged for a while. He then told me that he "has never had that happen in 7 years". I told him theres a first time for everything and that I was offended that he accused us of doing it. NO apology was given! After he fixed it he stumbled back out to his car and left. The cabins were dirty and full of cobwebs. Our fan quit working in the middle of the night, and in order to shut the light off without turning the ceiling fan off, we had to use the rickety chair to stand on in order to reach the chain to turn off the light. I called the next morning and talked to the "so called" manager and told her what happened....she didnt care. And again...no apology! She brought us another fan and said that the maintenenance man "her husband" was not drunk, he had just woke up....whatever lady, I know a drunk when I see one! For little more money we could have stayed at the KOA with AC, privacy and good customer service. To "Jason" the owner, your business has gone to downhill and you should either get rid of the clowns you have running it, or teach them some manners and how to treat their customers with respect. You should care more about how your customers are treated so they will actually have a good experience and come back. With all the horrible reviews it should be a priority. We Will never come back and word of mouth advertising goes a long way. Just know we will be telling everyone we know what a joke your establishment is and to go somewhere else! Do better! You and your staff never take responsibility for the bad service, attitudes, what is done wrong or what is just plain not done. Instead you turn it around and blame your customers. You guys cant even give anyone a sincere apology when a lot of the time that is all thats needed to fix a situation aNd make your customers happy!! You seriously need to learn some basic customer service skills and common sense.

My husband and I argued about whether to leave a 4 or 5 star review. He demanded a 5. I am giving a 4, as I didn’t use any amenities. That said, our experience was a 5. The staff worked daily to keep the areas of grass watered and mowed ( weed whacked, etc ). Our Eskipoo loved the large grassy area along the fence to chase squirrels. I loved it for the views of the barley fields with sprinklers, crop dusting airplanes, and beautiful sunsets. Location was very convenient ( although the highway construction throughout the state was a bit of a detractor ). Sights and trails nearby were great. Several days we just hung out in our large, grassy, shady space when I had to work ( I work remotely ). The cherry trees were amazing! We picked and ate cherries from many of the trees throughout the park. I’ve never done that before! The long term guests were super nice. After leaving there, we’ve often mentioned how great it was… and wished we had used the pool (s). They had a regular pool with the water slides and a geothermal pool. A playground that reminded us of our childhood, but in great shape, and well cared for. The driveway in WAS TERRIBLE. HUGE POTHOLES… rough first impression. Especially as the first impression is a gas station/ convenience store. Don’t let that detract you. Overall, once settled, it was great!!

So, we stayed 5 nights at Anderson Camp RV Campground in Eden, ID near Twin Falls, ID. The RV sites are VERY narrow, uneven ground, and expensive. Our neighbor was right on top of us and we had very little room to sit and enjoy the park. We had to move a picnic table from another site in order to have a table. It was more like a trailer park with full time trailers than a nice RV Park. Every other site has a nice tree for shade, except for ours!! There’s two pools, but you have to pay extra for the kiddy pool with a slide! There’s a mini golf, but you have to pay extra for that as well!! We are stuck here for 5 days and I want to leave already!! By the way, if you reserve online using Rover Pass, Rover Pass will charge you an extra $15 or more depending on how many days you reserve!! It’s a TOTAL rip off!! Don’t ever reserve using Rover Pass at any RV Park!! I called and talked to the manager about it and she couldn’t care less about the extra cost!! Then turned around and said that it costs HER $5 for every night of our stay!! Well then, why even use Rover Pass for your booking?? How about not offer online booking and make people call to reserve??? We’ll NEVER stay here again!!! Ugh!!

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners let DRUNK DRIVERS DRIVE THROUGH THE PARK... Almost killed my children and assaulted me..police came. The woman had several campers in The park making complaints about her. She grabbed me by my hair and through me to The ground. The lady is still in jail on dui, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment. The owner herself told me there's a list of people that the old owners gave them of issues in the past. And this lady was first on the list. I think it's called neglect when u know of disturbances and ignore them and your other tenants get hurt.

. The owners asked me to leave their re-grand opening because I brought my 7 week old yellow lab puppy. We had BEEN at the Re-Grand opening for 2 hours when i was confronted about my puppy. The owners son And staff had asked if they could hold my puppy. I gladly let them. Colton (son) had puppy behind the snack counter where they prepare food. When a girl came up to me to tell me I had to take my children and puppy and leave i thought it was a joke. THEN THE OWNERS DAUGHTER screamed and yelled at my cursing and all. Told me to pack my trailer and get the f $%& out of here. I feel like I've been harassed and it DOESNT stop there.

They also told us the Wi-Fi is avail for a small free. $65.00 per month is not a small fee. It HARDLY EVEN WORK.

They tried to evict our neighbors after their spot was paid in full for the month. THEY LEFT FOR 3 DAYS TO GO TO YELLOWSTONE. When They came back.... The owners called the police on them and police told them they have the right to stay because they are paid up

The owners kids walk their dogs every morning and let them poop in others yard and dont clean it up. But THE HAVE A STRICT POOP POLICY!! They let tweakers stay in their park. BE CAREFUL!! The bathrooms are always dirty and out of toilet paper, throw up on the toilets. It's the worst park I've ever been. A few weeks ago a maintenance man of their's was clearly on drugs and the owners had known about it. Then parole officers showed up and had him clean up his stuff. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN, THEY SAY IT'S DOG FRIENDLY....ONLY IF YOUR DOG IS A SERVICE DOG.

The only positive thing is they have a sweet man working for them. Corey is dating the...
