Garden of Eden — Local services in Twin Falls

I have been coming here for over 2 decades. It had been a couple years since I'd last been in and I won't be back. I was disappointed to see the menu was more than cut in half because they discontinued dinner service. We walked in about 10 minutes before they closed for dine-in and were seated. The couple who arrived 5 minutes after us were told they could sit and eat but then they cook said she had to be out on time because she had to go to her other job, so the waitress made them order to go. I'd like to know where the cooks other job is and if she is a cook there as well. If she is, I will avoid that restaurant like the black plague. The quality of the food at this restaurant has always depended on who was cooking but this woman should not be cooking. I had a breakfast burrito and the most flavorful thing about it was the tortilla. My breakfast burrito had hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausage links and olives in it. The cook forgot the cheese. It was edible. That is literally it. My mom got the philly cheese steak with fries special. It was not a sandwich but philly cheese steak ON fries. It was bland and sad. My 8 year old wouldn't even eat her chicken nuggets! That's pretty bad. The waitress wasn't much better. She asked if I wanted a box after I stopped try to eat my burrito, when I said no, she then asked my mom who was still trying to eat her salad and hadn't even began eating her philly cheese steak fries. We only spent about 25 minutes in total at this restaurant. To the man who asked me how my meal was and if there was anything that could be done to fix it, my suggestion is close down the restaurant. The garden of Eden has gone through a major renovation. It is no longer just a little mom and pop truck/ travel center anymore.

They have now switched to a full-fledged travel center for just about anybody that has a hankering for whatever is going through their mind.

They have completely redid their picnic area, they now have plenty of asphalt parking for trucks, truck repair/ truck washout right next door.

Inside the building they have everything from alcohol to wine, from Huckleberry Taffy to Huckleberry BBQ sauce, shot glasses, pretty much any kind of memorabilia you could think of. Even household decorative items such as lamps, wall hangings, etc.

We did not eat at any of the fast food restaurants inside but there are four or five restaurants inside to choose from.

The beverage and snack selection was very plentiful with all kinds of varieties except for my favorite which is the bang energy drinks. I wish they would have carried that.

The service was friendly and courteous and quick. The restrooms were new clean and when I would like to consider spotless and that goes a long way for my wife and I.

I suggest anyone that has any curiosity of Idaho things or wanting to try some Huckleberry items. This would be a great place to stop and check it out. And be sure to check out the fountains/waterfall in the atrium and look up in the tree and watch out...

So I got this ham and cheese omelet with hash browns three sausages and four pieces of toast and butter but no salt and it was and it was it to go our item maybe they have the salt there and I just didn't see it. Food plenty plenty for a trucker to get full on for about $10 and some change. I gave these guys five stars all the way across but do realize truckers when you pull into this place you're going to pull into a dirty parking lot but this place is still kind of under construction currently The store part looks like it's pretty much done but they're still doing workout front The pumps they're probably going to update I'm sure it's coming I'm sure but plenty of truck parking I think not as much as a Love's truck stop but you know it's it's a good spot. Especially if you are late for your appointment in twin Falls or early for a drop off in twin Falls and you got a part and wait for your door appointment Great place to be even a great place to be if you or just traveling through I'm sure One thing that would change about this place is it is a truck stop so where's all the trucker stuff they barely have a selection for like buying you know trucker toys and stuff like that but maybe I didn't walk with the store the whole bunch just to see all that and maybe it's all in there I was just...
