Motel 6 Nacogdoches, TX — Hotel in Nacogdoches

Do not stay here! The rooms are filthy and they have little roaches all over the place! No iron, no tissue, tv didn't work, and the towels smelled and felt terrible. The door and walls had dirty hand prints and spots. The bottom of my son's socks were so dirty after walking around the room. We rented two rooms and they were both filthy and both had roaches. I checked the beds for bugs because I was afraid to sleep in them. Our key card didn't work and the other room didn't even lock after exiting. They told us to lock it from the inside then close the door. To top it off, housekeeping did not make up our beds/room. I talked to the girl in the front desk and she knew nothing. She didn't even want to tell me the manager's name. She said she wasn't responsible for housekeeping. Also, there was trash in the pool and NO coffee in lobby (on a Saturday morning) like advertised. This is the worst hotel stay in my life! I have nothing good to say about...

The website says that they will have coffee in the mornings, well they did have coffee this morning but it was cold probably old.... like hot coffee, and plus everything is good for their price really had nothing to complain with about the room this time, but people that rent rooms that have kids beware outside under the air conditioning by the swimming pool area has been Black widow spottings... But for the price it's a cheap easy getaway but they just need to exterminate for bugs around here and learn to make hot coffee or take advertisements off their website... Let's learn I'll just bring my own coffee pot from now on., but why should I be paying for coffee service when y'all can't even very simply make hot coffee in the morning. People need to learn customer service here or find another job.This weekend it was quiet though... I will be coming back but I'll bring my own coffee...

Quite possibly the worst Motel 6 we've stayed at with our dogs. Zero bones is more accurate. We regard Motel 6 in general with very low expectations, but this place was horrific. The room seemed to be clean on the surface. Poor maintenance though. Bathroom door was falling off its hinges and couldn't close and I nearly wrecked myself when the shower grab bar gave way. That was the evening. Next morning we awoke to find an army of cockroaches had invaded our room. They were in everything, from our suitcases to our bags and even in the bed. It was a nightmare cleaning everything out and repacking our car to make sure we didn't haul any of the vermin with us. We complained to management, but they just made excuses. Were filing a complaint with corporate to get a refund and make them aware of this hotel's...
