The Flour and Flower Co — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Just stopped by this establishment. Had the pleasure of meeting one of the kindest and most knowledgeable person that I have spoken to in a food establishment ever. She was so passionate about wheat and flour. She had a tremendous amount of knowledge about the different types of wheat and the way that it is processed. I purchased an assortment of baked goods. I have only tried the chocolate chip cookie so far and it is by far the best cookie I have ever eaten. I live 2 hours away I will be back just for that cookie....

Such nice helpful people. I was desperate to find a grain mill. I couldn’t find the one I wanted anywhere. Everyone was out of stock. The Four & Flower Co had 1 left in stock & the owner packed it up & shipped it to me that same day. I received the mill 2 days later. Although I’m 3 hours away, I look forward to one day soon visiting...

If you’re going to make your own pasta, come get some Durum from Flour and Flower. We made some fresh linguine with it and it was awesome! I also picked up a Kolache there and it was good too. Super helpful ladies and they were busy with the pasta making class in the back room. Will definitely shop...
